This is a great company that truly cares about their products and their customers. That said, both times I ordered, shipment tracking was murky at best. The good news – packaging is extremely well done and product was frozen hard when it reached New Hampshire. The bad news – both times, the product arrived when I wasn't expecting it and not home to receive. Hopefully this is something that was an anomaly and not the norm. I will definitely order again as the product is first rate.

Placed order and wanted to change it before it shipped. Taylor was very responsive and helpful. When I did receive my order it was incorrect. Wrong item was sent but wasn’t what I ordered initially, just mistake at the shipping facility. Again Taylor was very responsive and helpful. Mistakes are going to happen. It’s important how they are handled and I was very impressed with how you guys handled it. The products I have received so far are delicious! Looking forward to more

My chili’s were pretty good when I received them. Had some ofthe chile tips become mushy by the time they arrived but overall they were large and nice.

Chile has a slight chance of spoiling during transit, this is why we recommend choosing 2-day shipping at check out! If you choose 2-day shipping and a significant portion of your chile is spoiled, all you have to do is send us a picture and we can reship the amount of spoiled chile free of charge. The chili was wonderful. Several of them were turning red by the time I received the box. In addition, 20% were so curled that they did not properly roast.

The Chile’s were fresh and nice size however I was very concerned the box was wide open when delivered.

I love hatch chillis and have previously ordered them from the Hatch Chile Store. However, this order had some issues with both the packaging (styrofoam was cracked and two of the frozen packages had burst corners. Not a big deal - just messy and unexpected.

Box arrived yesterday, looking great. Good mix of size, color. Roasting today, found some moisture at the bottom of the box, 3 unrecoverable with mold/ spoilage. Should've taken it out of the box on arrival. The rest is solid.

Only issue I had was that more than half of the chilies were rather small We’re talking 4 - 41/2 inches. When I’ve purchased them straight from the Grocery store they are much bigger. Thank you for responding to my question regarding my other order so quickly

The hot variety of Chile is our smallest variety so if you wanted something a bit larger and meatier, we would definitely recommend going with the medium or medium-hot. I ordered 10 lbs. of frozen Sandia hot roasted green chile. I received it in good order (next day delivery). I cooked pork with potatoes and used a pack of green chile. It was good but the chile was not hot! In fact, it tasted like mild/medium. Not sure what green chile I have eaten when I visited New Mexico but this one did not have the same taste/flavor to it. It was missing that bold taste that I love that just makes me keep eating it and missing the distinct roasted green chile aroma that always makes my mouth water. I do not know how fresh these green chiles are from the time they were frozen to the time they were shipped to me but the box had a date. Note sure if that is the “used by” date. Again, it was good but not the flavor and taste that I was expecting. I’m hoping my next pack will be better.

The product was very good the only issue I have is that I ordered it on July 1st and paid the additional cost to have it second day ship and did not receive it until July 10th.

Ordered med hot Green Chile’s. Nicely packaged, good flavor, but a little milder than I prefer. Hopefully this years harvest will be hotter. I’ll be ordering again once it’s being harvested. Thanks for providing a taste of home for me now that I live in upstate NY!

Love the chile. Love that it was shipped. Hated that I thought I ordered the correct chile tonight the free 5 lbs but we didnt. You are the only place we get our chile from.
