I would have given you a 5 star rating as I was very impressed with how fast I received the product. The only problem I had was that I ordered Hot, but what I received was marked as Hot, but wasn’t. I haves loved Hatch chili for many years (my family is from Gallup NM) so I know what the Hot should tast like. I do thank you for a very well run buisness.

My son in law drove to Mobile, Al from the Florida panhandle to buy some of the Hatch Chile, which we love since we are from NM. Hurricane Michael then hit & we lost electricity for 2 weeks. We had to throw it all way after we had roasted it. Was so sad! With all we did lose, our Chile was a major loss.

I will probably try to order earlier in the chili season. Maybe then I can get a complete order of Big Jims.

I didn't have such a great experience this time around. I don't blame the Hatch Chile Store at all but rather the Post Office. Took 9 days for package to go from Albuquerque to Baltimore. Some chiles had white fuzz and most were shriveled prunes. Yeah, I was cheap and opted for basic ground shipping. Lesson learned. Salvaged what I could and made some half decent chile, pork and pozole stew.

I was very pleased with the timeliness in the response to a minor problem I had. However, I was a little disappointed that there were quite a few small peppers with my Big Jim order, but I realize it was an end of season order.

I love the chiles from The Hatch Chile Store. Living in Oklahoma we don't always get good Hatch Green Chiles at the grocery store during season. By ordering from you I know I'm getting good, fresh, and genuine Hatch Green Chiles. Thank you

The quality and taste were their usual high standard. The order was back ordered and it took longer than expected to get them delivered. They are now a key ingredient in our Colorado Green Chili.

We received our shipment on time, and the chilies all were fresh and without defect. They were promptly grilled, vacuum sealed and stored the freezer. We have made a few dishes and enjoy the flavor they add.

this is the second time I've ordered from this store. Am very please yet again with the service and the promptness of shipment. I grew up in Colorado and it was very easy to find hatch chili and buy, but now that am living in Georgia, this makes it so much easier to get the chili needed for my winter time fix. That and the in-laws love when I make green chili and beans for breakfast, dinner, or whenever.

The frozen chile came fast and completely frozen, the package was in good condition and there was no leaking/sogginess from the box. I only with the Joe Parker I ordered was actually medium, its very mild.

Had 4 or 5 Big Jim’s that we’re spoiled and had to be thrown away. Also, Big Jim’s were difficult to peel, part of the flesh pulls away with the peel. Joe Parkers are great!

One box had rotting chili's but you all stepped up and replaced with no questions. Shipping is expensive but at the end of the day the product is excellent!!

I was very pleased with the chili's except for the fact that there was about 10 to 12 of them that we're rotten. I'll order again but I hope that I don't have the same problem.

Hi Mike, If you have more than 5-10% spoilage on a 2-Day Shipment, you qualify for our free reshipment guarantee. Email support@hatch-green-chile.com with pictures upon receiving the bad box and we'll get a new one out the next Tuesday we ship fresh chile. Now that's service! Thanks, The Hatch Chile Store

It’s very easy to order Chile and sauces from the website. The chili is packaged well and comes frozen (and flat, not like when you bag and freeze it yourself) I would love the option of 20 1/2lb bags instead of 10 1 lb bags. Living so far away now I wouldn’t be able to roast, bag and freeze the chile myself and bring it home. I’m so happy I can order it and have it shipped.
