Great quality. A few had broken stems that led to the peppers not being able to be used because they started to parish. Nothing to be concerned about because the rest were A+.

I was super excited to get my batch of chiles. However, they were certainly not as fresh as I had anticipated. Many were shriveled. At least a third of them I would never pick if at a store and choosing them myself. I have started roasting them anyway and am just happy to have a taste of home. Customer service has been great though.

I purchased fresh and not roasted for the first time instead of roasted where they come frozen. I roasted them myself and feel like there’s a lot less than when they are roasted on premises. I don’t know how I’ll order next time but it was slightly disappointing. On the other hand the chili’s are delicious as usual!

The peppers were great tasting, the minimal packaging was ? I thought there would be an invoice a receipt or even a recipe? All in all 30 peppers for $30 was OK I guess. I would have given an excellent review but way I received them for the money was lack luster. I guess to keep cost down? It would have made me feel like you cared to have had an invoice or something?

This is a great company that truly cares about their products and their customers. That said, both times I ordered, shipment tracking was murky at best. The good news – packaging is extremely well done and product was frozen hard when it reached New Hampshire. The bad news – both times, the product arrived when I wasn't expecting it and not home to receive. Hopefully this is something that was an anomaly and not the norm. I will definitely order again as the product is first rate.

Placed order and wanted to change it before it shipped. Taylor was very responsive and helpful. When I did receive my order it was incorrect. Wrong item was sent but wasn’t what I ordered initially, just mistake at the shipping facility. Again Taylor was very responsive and helpful. Mistakes are going to happen. It’s important how they are handled and I was very impressed with how you guys handled it. The products I have received so far are delicious! Looking forward to more

My chili’s were pretty good when I received them. Had some ofthe chile tips become mushy by the time they arrived but overall they were large and nice.

Chile has a slight chance of spoiling during transit, this is why we recommend choosing 2-day shipping at check out! If you choose 2-day shipping and a significant portion of your chile is spoiled, all you have to do is send us a picture and we can reship the amount of spoiled chile free of charge. The chili was wonderful. Several of them were turning red by the time I received the box. In addition, 20% were so curled that they did not properly roast.

I love hatch chillis and have previously ordered them from the Hatch Chile Store. However, this order had some issues with both the packaging (styrofoam was cracked and two of the frozen packages had burst corners. Not a big deal - just messy and unexpected.
