I was hoping it was from this years crop not last years crop! Thought you would wait to fulfill the order when the first harvest was happening? ☹️

Hi Trish, You are welcome to request that we hold off on shipping you chile till this year's harvest is in if you place another order. That being said, the quality last year was exceptional so I'm not sure why it would make a difference. Best, Preston

I received an email saying all mild and hot Chile’s were on sale...yes I missed the details, my mistake...however I found that misleading. Also I thought I was pre-ordering fresh Chile’s for August but again that was probably my mistake...usually I place an order in the spring for fresh Chile’s. Not sure what I did wrong, but the frozen Chile’s are fine.

Great delivery and customer service, but disappointed with the heat of the chile. I wanted medium heat, but the website said that the heat level was slightly milder than normal, so I ordered medium-hot. While the flavor is still good, the heat level is mild, at best. I am hoping that this is just a one-time anomaly.

I had a problem with the website. Ordered the wrong size. I got a courteous resonse telling me there was nothing that could be done. Being a business owner myself I know that all situations can be made right. Disappointing

The only complaint is that our Hot chili peppers were with no heat. I made a chili stew and left the seeds in to be hotter and it was so mild. I could not taste any of the chili pepper. I have ordered from you before and had found them very good. I was worried that the Hot would be too hot. Very surprised to experience no heat from the Hatch chili peppers.

I'm sorry I like the can ones better to many seeds and cleaning drying & too hot. I wanted Mild to Med, not med to hot And honestly thought they were coming from Hatch not las cruces. to get will drive there to get cans/cases of them it will be worth 1200 miles

My son loves getting Hatch chile in North Dakota. I ordered two 5 pound boxes of green and a package of dried red. The shipping takes a couple of weeks and there were problems with weather from the shipping company that added a day but the green chile got to my son in good condition. The red was shipped separately, we are still waiting for it to arrive.

The store and its staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful folks who stay in touch and truly care about their service. The chiles are consistently great! This time the distributors who were meant to send the order were pretty terrible, a week late in shipping and then sending the box by a ridiculously circuitous route. The chiles did get to their destination and were still frozen and will be eaten with zest, but that' the reason for 3 instead of a 5.

Great Chile as always, but despite paying for expedited delivery, the order didn’t ship for 2 days after order and didn’t arrive for Thanksgiving.

The mild is not good; better to buy can at grocery store. Frozenmed was ok. The red fresh was great. We roasted them froze them and they're gone now. We love the fresh red.

I appreciate the extra effort that was extended to meet my deadline. The communication was lacking in the beginning, which could have avoided the misunderstanding. But all's well that ends well and I was satisfied with my experience.

The chile was shipped on time and arrived within the 2 days promised. However, some rot had already started to set in. I was able to salvage about two thirds of it, but had to dispose of the rest. I’m assuming this is due to how late in the season I ordered and the heat across the country at this time of year.

The Chili's arrived in beautiful condition, and had a nice flavor, however I was disappointed in the Heat level. I ordered what I had thought was a medium hot pepper however there was no heat at all. I emailed the company and received a quick reply offering me a 50% coupon if I wish. I never received the coupon.

I was quite disappointed in my chiles this year. I had written to request you postpone shipping my order (because I was in the hospital) and you were kind enough to do that for me. When my order did arrive the majority of the chiles had already started turning red, or were already well ripened. This was a week or so ago, when your emails indicated that it was the height of harvest time. . It leads me to suspect that you simply took the original box and held it aside until I asked you to ship. These were definitely not fresh-picked chiles ! I hope this suspicion is correct, because I would hate to think that was a fresh-packed order. As I said, I was extremely disappointed in the quality. Doris Bruntel
