“Hello, Flavor was good. The problem i had was that I bought hot chile and paid a lot for it, and it had no heat to it. For the price and what I received, I probably will not be a return customer.”

“Excluding the quality of the peppers, custormer service failed to cancel the order. The website order page doubled my order and I was unable to 'delete' an item. I sent the company an email requesting a cancellation. Days later I received an email asking me if I wanted to delete an item, of which I replied. Then I was told "too late". So I received 10# of peppers for $155. If I wanted 10# I would have ordered a 10# box and not 2-5# boxes.”

“The fresh chile is always great every year The issue is that we are left uninformed at important moments. I know its not yur fault because o nature and other things but It would be nice if you sent out a mass email to all of your affected customers that you are not shipping due to rain or whatever just to keep us informed. 3 expected time frames have now passed this year....good thing is that I have finally figured out how to grow it in Virginia in my garden....so if the customer service issues remain then, that's it.”

“Just received my order of HOT chiles. Flavor was awesome...heat? non existent. I know heat level is subjective, but these are completely uninspiring. Maybe good for a filler but... :/”

“The jar of green chili sauce was kind of sweet tasting. The regular green chili's in jar was good mixed my own meat and garlic an onion power and cooked was really good. Wish I would of got the hot.”

“We have not tried the frozen chilies yet. The chili rellenos had a bit too much flour for me. The chilies themselves were rather tough, and had to be cut with knife and fork. I think this is just part of the process of needing to make them, then freeze them. I’ve made chili rellenos myself, and they are primarily an egg/egg white batter and then fried. Keep trying!”

“The chilli/cheese tamales were very disappointing. No cheese very little chilli. Basically a tamale wrapper with corn meal. I don’t mind spending a lot for good quality, but this was not quality.”

“Chimchangas and rellenos are excellent but shipping is outrageous. They won't allow you to use your reward points on sale items and that is price gouging in my book.”
