“Very yummy product, and oh so much of it!! I roast all of them, frozen several bags, and have been cooking with the balance in so many ways! Hatch Chile in Gumbo is an amazing alternative to Green Bell Peppers!!”

“It arrived on time and fresh. I only found 3 questionable pods out of 25 lbs. What I did manage to use right away after roasting had outstanding flavor--the exact flavor I miss after I moved from NM. If you haven't yet...GET SOME NOW!!!”

“My husband grew up in Las Cruces. Since loosing his parents, we are no longer making the biannual trip for our chili fix. First ordered 10 pounds of fresh green chili, that roasted and peeled so easily, we promptly ordered 25 pounds more. Thank you for making it so easy to get in on the chili harvest and bring home to him!”

“Perfect timing on the delivery. Only one chili was bad. I was afraid at first because the boxes were pretty smashed up when delivered. I have already started cooking with them. Soooooo delicious!”

“The chili are great, but the customer support is horrable. You send out email one day and say that the shippment will be delayed one week because of rain and to let you know if we were going to be gone at that time. I did not resond because i wanted to delay it a week anyway. The next day you send out a email that it was shipping. I call and tried to stop my order from shipping. I was told that it had already shipped. The chili got her in good condition. One box came friday and were abe to get it processed. The next one came on saturday and we could not do it until wedsnesday, The chili was hard to peal. Dp not think I will order again from Hatch.”

“Being a native Las Crucian I have so missed the food of the motherland. I live in Washington now and thank gawd for the Hatch Chile Store. I bought a freezer just for my green chile and I now cook and eat the food of my homeland. Chiles are always fresh, roast up great, and always have the flavor and heat I want.”
