“I ordered 10 lbs of the hot fresh chillies and they arrived fresh and undamaged. I used some fresh and roasted most for freezing. I am highly satisfied in every respect with The Hatch Chile Store. The only delay was due to a wait for harvest on the type I ordered which was unavoidable and worth the wait.”

“This is our 2nd year ordering from The Hatch Chile Store. Last year we ordered 50 lbs which we roasted and canned. We ran out of our supply of chilies in April. This year we ordered 75 lbs. For both orders we opted for the 2-day delivery since we live in Indiana. This year hatch shipments started just as we were headed out on vacation. I reached out to The Hatch Chile Store to let them know the dates we would be gone. They made sure our order wasn't delivered while we were gone. Both shipments arrived on time and and in good condition. The chilies were fresh--way fresher than what we can get at our local supermarkets--and most were unblemished. Only a handful had to be thrown away, which is expected given that chilies are a perishable item. Thank you to everyone at The Hatch Chile Store for delivering a great product to our door. We'll be customers for years to come.”

“This was my third year to order peppers. It was the first year I’ve been disappointed. They encourage ordering with expedited shipping. It took over 10 days to arrive and over half a dozen or more were rotten. They said they would reship ASAP. It has now been 10 days and I fear the arrival will yield the same. Ten days from NM to TX is not expedited in my opinion.”

“Immediately brought back wonderful memories of being stationed in New Mexico in the 1970's, most of it at White Sands Missle Range. The quality of the rellenos and tamales is exactly what I remember fom that time. I ordered on a Thursday and got them on Tuesday, and on my plate that evening. To say they are superior or excellent would do them a disservice. I have already planned my next order.”

“The chile arrived in excellent condition. Out of 50 lbs. we had about a dozen that had turned partially red. The chile were really on the mild side with respect to our taste but very meaty and good flavor. We had some Sandia left from 2108, that we mixed with our current to increase the heat. Very satisfied.”

“delicious and fresh! received my 25# of freshly picked, packed and shipped chiles and promptly roasted n dressed them. i finished with 22# (22!!! fer realz) of the best chile ive tasted in years! already ordered 25# of hot and cant wait to further delight my senses with more real “back home” perfection.”

“While the online process of ordering chopped frozen green chile was satisfactory, I received red chopped chile, which was totally warm, (dry ice gone and I was at home at the time of delivery.) After communicating with staff, I was not satisfied with the solution. Blame was placed on me. I have choices and will consider taking my business elsewhere.”
