Hi Linda, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order for Roasted Hatch Green Chile. We are currently out of stock of this product, and we won't be able to restock until later in the fall once we are ready to roast this year's crop. We apologize for this issue. We are hoping to be restocked around mid to late September. With that being said, there are a couple of options for your order. 1. We can place your order on hold until we are restocked in this product, and then we will fulfill it as soon as possible. With this option, we would issue a 10% refund for the inconvenience of this delay. 2. We can cancel and refund your order, then you can place a new order once we are restocked. “I would love to enjoy my order of Big Jim's Chilis, but I never received them, and I never received a notice that there was a problem. The only way that I know there was a problem is because I checked the tracker on the shipment. And it has been over two months since I placed my order. So yes I will be contacting someone as to getting my money back or getting my order.”

“I preordered back in January a d I would love to do a great review, however I still have not received my Chili’s. I haven’t even received the 2 day shipping notice and we are in the middle of August. Used to be if you preordered you got priority .”
