“THE STAFF IS VERY RESPONSIVE AN FUN TO WORK WITH. THE ENTIRE CREW DOES A GREAT JOB. CHILI SHIPPED FAST TO NEW ENGLAND, AND I LOST 1.5 CHILIS DUE TO ROT OUR OF 25 LBS! THE SANDIA IS SPICY AND FLAVORFUL!”

“I love the Hatch store but this time was a disappointment. I ordered my favorite, Abuela tradition red sauce, which was cleary there on the page for ordering. Instead I received Sun Dried red chile. Hatch says they discontinued Abuela's brand and rebranded it to this sun dried but it's the same thing. Its NOT. Distinctly different taste. Since my order was specifically place when Abuela's was on the website, I think I am owed either that product or a refund for substitution without my approval. Hatch was great about trying to help me but even they didn't find out the reason til later. I will continue to order from Hatch because they have been great and the product is good, but this was z big disappointment and I will miss my favorite red sauce.”

“Because of the pandemic, we could not make our yearly run to Hatch,NM for BigJim chiles. The chiles I ordered from you were exceptional. They arrived in perfect condition and roasted perfectly. We freeze them to use through the year. Thank you”

“Ordered fresh green hatches that came in great condition. Roasted them that day easily under the broiler, let them steam in a large bowl under plastic wrap and froze them flat without removing skin to preserve flavor. The end product for use was heavenly. Thank you so much.”

“This is the third year I've gotten my chile from the Hatch Chile Store, and as always, they went above and beyond satisfying me. Had an issue with Fed Ex, but that was the fault of the delivery company. I LOVE these guys!”

“I have been roasting chili for years and years. And buying on line from Hatch Chili when I cannot get chili locally. This was by far the worst chili I have roasted. The skin stuck and the flesh was shriveled. What little I was able to get was not very hot.”

“As always, my 25lb batch of Hatch (Sandia) green chiles were shipped at the time promised, arrived in perfect condition, and were of awesome quality. I cannot more strongly recommend ordering these fresh chiles and roasting them up yourself for some fine New Mexico culinary delights right at home. Todd Edwards, Atlanta, GA.”

“Every year since we moved from NM (2009), I have either grown or ordered NM chile. The last few years, I have bought 10-20lbs Hatch chile and roasted half for the freezer and made lactofermented hot sauce with the other half. It is a household ritual that we love, and we eat Hatch chile here in Asheville, NC all year thanks to you all.”
