“The shipper of my Hatch chile fell down on the job and left my order in a holding facility for 3 days. I called a number on my order notification email and talked to Hatch people. They shipped another box on the next available date which came through just fine. The first box was 1/4 spoiled, the second was fine. Thanks!”

“excellent communication. minimum amount of waste. we got the big jim medium, a little milder than expected, we'll get the hot next year. 25lb fresh yielded 15lb of chopped roasted green chile.”

“My wife and I are from Albuquerque and upon our move to Massachusetts we so we’re lost without having access to chile constantly. We had found other places that charged an arm and a leg,until I stumbled on your site. I had a wonderful experience with your staff in answering my questions,such fast delivery and great Chile. Forever a customer and will recommend to everyone I know.”

“This is my second year ordering from this company. I am very pleased with the quality of items in the shipments and delicious chiles. I like to roast my own chiles each year. It's a process, but they are delicious and worth the effort.”

“Shipping delayed a week because of rain. Understandable. When the chili’s arrived a lot of them were cut off on the end. In addition to those had to throw out some that were rotten and squishy. Expected better for the price. Then found better Hatch chilie’s at the local grocery store for 99 cents per lb.”

“bought it, got it, roasted about 15 pieces. nice. gave some to my daughter, a few to two of my neighbors and all's well... until... my neighbor told me i could have bought them down at my local tommy thumb for 1.99/lb. i kinda felt like i'd been flim-flammed but that's on me. won't recommend. product good, price- not so much.”

“Great Chile and good customer service. This is the third or fourth year I have ordered. The Hatch Chile company knows how to get the shipper to do their job. I have had one shipment delivered to a neighbor who didn't know me and they reshipped the order. When the 1st order showed up Hatch Chile said keep free. That's customer service. I will order another 25 lbs. this week to process the weekend of 9/11. Try to make something good out of the sad Anniversary. Fresh Hatch Valley Chile can't be beat. Larry SHoffner”

“I'm going to be moving out of New Mexico and across the entire country and I will miss green chili more than anything. So I got on the hatch chili store and ordered green chili to be shipped to my family where I'm going to be moving to. Who is basically a test to see if it would ship and still be good when it was sent across the country. My family received it and it was packaged amazing and they absolutely loved it. So when I move I'll be doing this order again with much confidence.”
