“Great chiles, shipped fresh and oh-so-tasty! I cannot say enough good about the product and the customer service and follow through. I only discovered them last year, but my annual order of fresh hatch chiles is a recurring gift to myself--kind of like Christmas, only spicier!!”

“I've visited the store every time I'm in the area. I'm living in Arizona now...when I moved here I was excited...thinking I could find some really good Mexican restaurants here...or at least ONE. I did find ONE with about 3 or 4 tables. Damn. So...at least I some of your chilis I can cook with. I looked on your sight but couldn't find red chilis...in jars. Or your red powder. Otherwise, very, very happy. I had the green ones all roasted and in freezer. I usually give some away but not this time. Greedy, huh? Ha ha. I would love to put my pictures of me roasting the chilis but my Smart Phone Pixel 2 is smarter than me. Ha ha again.”

“My annual gift to myself and my brother is a box of fresh chiles for each of us. I like them xtra hot; he likes them mild. Both are delicious reminders of growing up in New Mexico! Such a fun tradition!”

“Their shipping times are way below par. I ordered the chimichangas and rellenos. The package didn't arrive so they reshipped. It arrived 4 days later and everything was thawed and mushy and very warm so the one small bag of dry ice had melted days before. I gave them the benefit of doubt and placed another order but this time paid $73.31 for expedited shipping. The items arrived in the same condition... thawed, mushy and no dry ice. Customer service told me not to order these items until winter time. Would have been good to know that before spending $400 on two orders. On a separate order I ordered only salsa and seasoning items. The order was placed on 8/20/21 and I still have not received it or any communication as to why it has been delayed. If you can live with never knowing when you will actually get your items or whether they will arrive edible, then go for it. Otherwise, I recommend finding another company.”

“Just to start off I have been involved with the hatch chili family since I was a kid what I mean by that is I’ve been eating their chilies from this farm since I was a kid I recently ordered 15 pounds of their extra hot green chilies and ice to the standard they are top-of-the-line every year year after year. My entire family including my parents uncles cousins nieces nephews by from head to continue to do so for years to come thank you for such a great product”

“I understand every year's batch is going to be different and that's why this years' batch is only acceptable. Nearly a pound of the chilis were damaged and rotted by the time it arrived. Hotness was just not as strong as last year's batch. Hoping better for next year!”

“I love Green Chile, problem is I live in North Idaho. I've purchased fresh roasted green chiles to freeze but they were so hot I never used them. I took a chance and ordered the "mild" green chile and I LOVE IT. I will be ordering again, very soon.”

“I grew up in NM surrounded by chile ristras. I never thought I would want one, but after 13 years away, I wanted one for my own home. We bought a treated two foot ristra for our front porch. It's gorgeous! I feel like I'm home.”

“We distinguish our tract row house by hanging a ristra between the garage doors. It has become our "trademark." This is the third time I've ordered form Hatch Chile and each (treated) one has endured Ohio winters about two years. Very happy with appearance, quality durability and prompt service.”

“I placed an order and paid for 10 pounds of Sandia. My order arrived as promised but I only received half of my order. I contacted Customer Service and apologized and re-ordered the second 5 pounds and charged an additional 4.99 for shipping, My second order never arrived. I had to cancel my order.”
