“This was my first time buying hatch Chiles. My family loves them. We will be buying more. They are very tasty. The people that work at the store are awesome. I called whit a couple of questions they were so helpful. One even sent me roasting information.”

“We are living in Florida now and miss New Mexico cuisine! I have been ordering both peeled-frozen and fresh green chilis from the Hatch Chili store for years now. They provide a exceptional product at a reasonable price always delivered on time. We particularly enjoy making chicken enchiladas and green chili cheese burgers with fresh Hatch green chilis.
