“I really do love your company! Unfortunately, you sent me the wrong product. I requested Abuela's Traditional Red Chile Sauce. However, I received Sun-Dried Chile. What do we do next?”

Hi Bonnie, Thank you for reaching out to us about your order! We are very sorry for the confusion here. The Abuela's Traditional Hatch Red Chile Sauce is indeed the Sun-Dried Chile sauce. Abuela's is our personal nickname for the sauce, but it is a sauce made from sun-dried red chile. The label on the jars was recently updated, which is why it looks a little bit different than before. We understand that this can cause some confusion for our customers, so we apologize for this! Hi Taylor, Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your order for Roasted Hatch Green Chile. We are currently out of stock of this product, and we won't be able to restock until later in the fall once we are ready to roast this year's crop. We are very sorry for this issue. We are hoping to be restocked around mid to late September. With that being said, there are a couple of options for your order. 1. We can place your order on hold until we are restocked in this product, and then we will fulfill it as soon as possible. With this option, we would issue a 10% refund for the inconvenience of this delay. 2. We can cancel and refund your order, then you can place a new order once we are restocked. “Fed-Ex mishandled the first 2 boxes of 10 lbs I ordered so The Hatch Store offered me a 25 lb box to replace it and these just showed up. Box was opened and had a plastic bag on it but no harm and no foul. The peppers were in perfect shape except for a few but that was expected. We will be roasting and stuffing this weekend and are as happy as can be. These folks are really easy to deal with and responsive to all inquiries.”

“I ordered 50 Lbs of LUMBRE it is very good and it dose have heat it slowly sneaks up on you I enjoy it for breakfast on a tortilla with scrambled eggs and fryed potatoes and the LUMBRE”

“This is the third time I have ordered the chili relanos and chicken tamales and I have never been disappointed! A little fresh salsa and sour cream with two tamales and two relanos hits the the spot every time!”

“When i received my order from Youngstown, Ohio, thawed out completely , I was extremely upset. When I cooked up two of the rellenos up I was totally ashamed of the product because it had absolutely NO taste and NO bite. I grew up in Sant Fe and had bought chili from Hatch every year. I would be ashamed to sell this as Hatch Chili. Sorry, but you will never get another order from me and I will let all of my NM friends and relatives about it. This is a disgrace to the history of Hatch chili.”
