“So far, I have received my Chile yet.. I received a partial order and received excuses for not receiving the product. On top of that there was no offer to discount the order to maybe send an extra 5 lbs or something… my issue is that I prepaid and you’ve had my money for an extended period of time now - and, I’m still waiting for the Chile.”

“At stores you get what you get, Ordered from Hatch so we could get Big Jim. Nice to get what I ordered. The day we received we had hamburger with Chile, YUM enough said.”

“I ordered the extra hot chili’s. I had never roasted them before so it was a new experience for me. It took awhile to peel the chili. Not even sure if we did it the best way. However, we had the diced chili with eggs and boy was it ever delicious!!! Never knew what we were missing before.!!! Getting fresh chili and roasting them compared to that in cans or at the store is a million times better!!! I now use them on almost everything!!”

“My order was for my daughter who lives in San Ramon California... my daughter informed me that when they received the package, apparently some chiles were rotten and had to be thrown away... Not sure why or what happened but this was not the case with my first order that I placed last year...”

“Was easy to order early, and was notified when order was shipped, one box showed up in two days and the second on the third day. With only a few chiles lost.”

“Peppers arrived in poor condition. Standard delivery took 5 days not the 3 days that I expected. I feel that packing 25 lbs of peppers in a single box with no dividers contributes to the problem.”

“A New Mexican living in New Hampshire, I am always homesick. September is particularly tough since there is no such thing as green chile here! This is my 4th year buying from your small company, and I couldn't be happier! Chiles came promptly and arrived fresh. The flavor is perfect and the heat is spot on! Thank you so much!”
