“I used to live in NM and became addicted to green chile. After moving to NY I suffered withdrawals until I realized I could order fresh chile (just double the price for shipping). I even ordered a miniature roaster! We got 30 lbs last year and ran out. This year I have ordered 35 lbs. We received the 10 lbs of mild chile already this year and the quality and flavor are out of this world. We already made chile rellenos and I couldn't get enough. Highly recommend fresh Hatch chile!!!”

“First and foremost, great chili. Beyond that, the care and concern over the delivery of the product has been fantastic. I get this chili shipped to me in Portland, OR and then roast it and freeze it so I can have it available all year. Getting it right from the source has proven to be invaluable.”

“I wrote you a note asking you to hold the chiles until the end of the month and you wrote me back telling me they would hold them until last week in September, And they arrived right when I was leaving for my trip, And I had to change my trip to take care of the chiles, The chiles were fresh and what I wanted, Just wished you could have done what you guys wrote me. “The flavor of the Hatch chilies is wonderful and unique. The service by the Hatch Chile Store was great. The chilies arrived and were fresh, though there were several small bad spots, which to me are to be expected. I loved to see them looking as though they had been picked from the bushes and dropped directly into the box and taken to the shipping shop. I roasted some which were pureed and frozen. Some I sliced and dehydrated raw, and I am enjoying also using my VitaMix blender to create a wonderful jar full of aromatic chili spice. I will surely do this again next year. Thank you!”

“I'm still waiting for half my order. I paid for 2 day shipping. First 25 pounds came on Friday after being packed on a Tuesday. 3 days. I have yet to receive the other 25 pounds. Having lived in NM for 7 years, the hot peppers I bought were not ripe.”
