“Our chilies arrived yesterday and we roasted and packed for the freezer this morning. The house smelled wonderful! Second year ordering and it is wonderful that they appear at the front door. 🌶 (but they are green!)”

“I bought these because of the green chile. That is practically not existent. These tamales are literally chicken broth flavored masa. Chicken barely there also. I come from Calif and am part Mexican. I also have a LOT of family in Albuquerque. These tamales are a HUGE failure.”

“Use to live in New Mexico and loved it when I could smell the chili’s roasting on the street corner in town and freeze them for all winter Miss having that experience here in Missouri. But. Your chili’s are the best. Thanks for my shipment of them”

“The first batch, hot, I received, although I was expecting two, was great. The second batch, medium, came in and I wasn't able to put them in the fridge until the next day. I had about 20% or so that had already started rotting, unusable. I'm used to Hatch Chiles, I livedinNew Mexico for 13 years and ate a lot of them. So I know they are normally good.”

“I received my order thinking I would have Medium Hot but there was no heat in the chile. I understand this was not a good year for hot chile but I expected some heat. I will deal with it because there is taste in the chile. I will order again next year”

“Received my 25 pounds of Hatch Lumbre Chili via two day shipping. Approx 3 dozen of the chili's were bad. Made contact with The Hatch Chile Store and sent a few pictures and they immediately sent out 10 pounds which I received and not one chili was lost in this shipment. These guys stand behind their product. I highly recommend their delicious chili's. Will buy again next year.”

“I ordered a case of chilies and paid for 2 day shipping. It arrived late in the afternoon of the 3rd day and I immediately opened, washed and roasted the chilies. There were about 10 chilies that I could not use due to spoilage. I have ordered yearly but have not had this problem before”

“In heaven, tastes sooo good. All roasted (with help from my granddaughter, some in the freezer, some already consumed. I will say one thing about the chiles. There were some of the longest pods (pushing 12-13 inches, I didn't actually measure) I have ever seen! For those, one made into a chile relleno will make a whole meal. Love it!!! Thanks once again for the Chile. Bobbie”
