“Shipping is amazing. My order arrived in perfect condition. Although I ordered medium hot big Jim's I think I got mild instead because my chili has no heat. I'm not complaining I roasted all of it and I just add crushed red pepper to add heat to it so it's all good. No complaints. I accept my order and will order again. Thank you for Awesome service. Pleasure doing business with you. Barbara”

“I have written to you before and explained that I am allergic to chiles☹️, so I do not order for myself. However, I have a grandson, Nicholas, who lives in Washington, DC and is thrilled with the Hatch products that I get for him. He just received fresh Big Jim’s last week and had a blast with his mother and girl friend preparing a number of recipes. This week he is having friends for Chile Stew. Need I say more. Your chiles are a #1 big hit!!!🥇 Thank you!! Also, yourcustomer service and handling of business is top, too.”

“They are great but would have liked some more mature chili's. I would estimate that about 60% were on the small size and after roasting them couldn't get the skins off. Had to change recipes to Salsa etc with charred skins on. I will be ordering again next year.”

“I would love to ride a great review, because I love hatch chilies. But this order came in half my chilies were spoiled. I used to live in Arizona so it was easy for us to get the chilies, but I now live in Wisconsin and would still like to get them but I don’t think I will order again.”

“I've been in love with green chile since I was a kid living in Los Alamos. After moving to Texas, I can sometimes find good, spicy green chile but it's hit or miss. Sometimes what I buy here has a lot of stems and gunk, sometimes it's frozen and mostly water. The Hatch Chile Store is the real deal, take it from me as someone who's been eating green chile since 1978.”

“I had a problem with my order of chilies. This was entirely the fault of USPS - NOT THE HATCH CHILI STORE! The store communicated with me and we’re very helpful in resolving my issue. I have placed another order with them and would absolutely recommend THE HATCH CHILE STORE. They are a quality organization!”

“Arrived in great shape. Fresh, tasty, ready to roast. I order from them every year and I've never been disappointed. I find that roasting them in the broiler of my oven for about 5 minutes on each side, setting them aside to cool for a couple of hours in a bowl under a towel, and then removing peels, stems and seeds with gloves works best.”

“I ordered 25 pounds with 2nd day delivery, shipped Tuesday afternoon in NM and arrived Thursday morning here in Maine. We roasted it and are enjoying it every few days, green chili casserole, green chili cheese burger and tonite…. Tamales! Thank you.”
