“I wish I could taste and review, but I haven’t received the green chili. It was shipped September 14. Fed-Ex hasn’t delivered it.”

“We have not had a chance to try the salsa yet - looks really good though! I had ordered 2 orders of chicken chimichangas - the first time they arrived. they were warm to the touch and we threw them away. The second order arrived - one box was still cool to the touch so we kept those. The second box was once again warm to the touch and we threw away. I won't order again. Although we are a few of them already and they are very good.”

“Hatch Chile Store shipped my Chile Rellenos nice and quick, and with the helpful tracking number. Their Chile Rellenos are super convenient for pulling from the freezer to pop into my air fryer with a quick jet of olive oil cooking spray. They come out of the air fryer hot and tasty and ready to combine with some refried beans and Spanish rice. I will definitely be buying more again in the future, and telling family and friends about the amazing Hatch Chile store. Looking forward to trying their tamales in the future too.”

“Our fresh green chile arrived the Friday before Labor Day. We had my office over and they assisted in the NMex tradition of roasting chile on the grill and they learned how to make green chili chicken enchiladas, green chili dip, and my favorite green chili stew like my grandmother made me.”

“I grew up on the border near Mexico and New Mexico in El Paso. Now I live in South Florida and miss real Mexican food! These were amazing! They lasted less than 24 hours in my household!!! Definitely will order more again soon!!!”

“First let me say how very nice it was to be able to purchase Hatch Green Chile at a reasonable price! Thank you for that. Growing up in Albuquerque caused me to fall in love with New Mexico cuisine, which is very hard to get this far away (Central Florida) In the Past the charge for shipping Chile was outrageous!!! But this year it was free shipping, which allowed us to have some this season! Thank you! A couple of my peppers were “bad” but only two in each box. Being able to roast and peel my own fresh Hatch peppers was so special and the smell!! Oh my it was delightful!! Thank you keep doing what you do!”

“We bought a box of mild and a box of medium. Each 25lb box arrived fast, fresh, and ready to roast. They are every bit as wonderful as i remember from our years in New Mexico. When I had a question, I was able to go to your site and live chat. My question was answered within minutes, and I had a quick real time conversation, and was so grateful for the info.
