“I missed the arrival of the Hatch Chile’s at my local grocer and placed an order online. The Hatch Chile’s arrived 2 days later fresh and ready to be roasted. I roasted them the same day and vacuum packed them in bunches of 4 and placed in freezer. I ordered 10lbs hot and 10 lbs medium. Thank you for quick service and a fresh product.”

“Our ordered arrived in good condition despite the Florida heat. Speaking of heat, bump up the scale one notch. Mediums are mild so if you want heat, move up to the next level. We love our Hatch chile.”

“After I placed my order, the process got very complicated with conflicting and little communication from the company. In the end I got my chilis (15 days later) and I was generally happy with them but I would not do it again. If it weren't for me dogging it every day (I had to send 8 emails and made 3 calls) I suspect I might still be waiting. I understand that sometimes there are problems -- but the company should make that right for the customer. That didn't happen. I ordered 9/3 and received 9/17. One of my six boxes was about 1/3 rotten. I didn't have the energy to complain. Better to just move on.”

“I got hooked on Hatch chile years ago after a couple of fall trips to New Mexico. I’ve been buying from this store for awhile and never been disappointed. My chiles always arrive bright and fresh. Now they are roasted and in the freezer, waiting for me to make a batch of green chile stew.”

“Every year I order 10-20 lbs of fresh green chile and every year the shipment goes like clockwork! The chiles themselves are fabulous and then I'm set up for the whole year. I so look forward to this time of year and roasting them outside on our deck.”

“This year the shipment was significantly decomposed. Hatch Chile Store was responsive in issuing credit. Seems some level of 2021 economics ended chiles screened for shipment and shelf life. Covid, global warming, excess rain before harvest, and so on. Hope package delivery of kick-a**Big Jim chiles gets back to normal ASAP. Best wishes for next year.”
