“Not so great, yet. Apparently, when I placed the order, somehow, the address defaulted to the same address but in Chicago instead of Evanston. I never caught it and the Chili’s were shipped to Chicago. I never received them and I even went to the address in Chicago and saw no sign of Chili’s. I recognize this isn’t your fault. However, i a, out $100 and have no Chilis. Your team said they would give me 50% off and I am thinking I want to do that but when I email Ed back saying I wanted the roasted now instead (due to all this! I really do not have time to roast and peel these) never heard back that the order was placed. I wanted 5lbs of med and 5lbs of hot, roasted. They quoted me $64 and change and that would include shipping. I also re stated my correct address and did request they not be shipped while on vacation oct 22-30.”

“The chiles were amazing, great flavor. The red Chile seasoning is now my husbands go to for everything. We had issues with FedEx not delivering our first round of chiles but was very happy with their customer service representative Faith. She did an awesome job of resolving our issue and answered all my questions and worries. They have earned my business 10 times over.”

“I ordered Fresh Sandias and man o man. It was heaven to get them on the grill and have a whiff of Autumn. The aroma in the air was awesome. However, I did have quite a few neighbors who couldn’t figure out what I was doing🤷🏻‍♀️ I live in Mississippi 🤣😂and you NEVER get that smell in the air😢Hatch Chile Store has NEVER disappointed me. They’re customer service is next level terrific and their products are even better. So….yes I highly recommended this company, for ALL your “I love it hot” needs!!”

“I ordered fresh chili and we grilled it yourselves and froze it in what we consider to be portion size bags. I have tried some of it and it’s delicious. No reason to think the rest of it won’t be as good. Love your chili”

“In the past we have ordered big Jim chilies from other vendors. When the chilies were delivered we had quite a few chilies that had spoiled before or during transit. The chilies we received from the Hatch store were the freshest chilies we have ever purchased at a store or had shipped to our home. We have not yet had an opportunity to use the chilies but are looking forward to the experience.”

“I ordered 10 lbs of fresh x-hot green and 10 lbs of fresh hot red chile. The green showed up within two days (very important) and the red followed. It gave me just enough time to roast the green before it started turning. The smell and taste brought NM to my place in VA (they sell tacos and burritos al la carte here wth? lol) I’ll definitely be ordering more next year. Thank you very much for making this available to me!!”
