“I order from these guys nearly every year -- sometimes a ristra or two, sometimes fresh chiles, sometimes frozen. Everything is awesome. If you are a serious chile-head get the xxxxhot, but they are not for the weak of heart (or stomach!)”

“I was born and raised in new mexico and love green chile. I currently live on the east coast and all of the options available at my local grocery stores taste terrible. I absolutely recommend ordering either the frozen chile or the jars of green sauce from the hatch chile store!”

“I did try and let your company know that most of my chiles were not good. I included pictures to support@hatch-green-chile.com. This is the response I received Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your Fresh Hatch Green Chile order! I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience here! I pulled up your order and saw that you ordered one of our 5lb boxes of Fresh Hatch Green Chile. We guarantee all orders for 5lb boxes, so we compensate our customers accordingly when spoilage/damage occurs. How many chiles did you lose to spoilage/damage? Again, we apologize for this inconvenience, as we know that you were looking forward to your delicious Hatch Green Chile. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue for you. Thank you, Evan I responded with about six or more chiles being inedible. I never heard anything more. Sincerely, Deborah Kravig UPDATE: I did receive an email about my product problems, and the company did make this right! I thank them for honoring their guarantee! Thank you!”

Hi Deborah, Oh no! Not sure what happened there. We looked at our previous communication and did not see that reply. As stated in our previous communication, we guarantee all 5lb boxes of Fresh Hatch Chile. We would like to make things rights and offer you a reshipment on that 5lb box. “The whole purchase/shipping to Upstate New York’s Adirondack Mountains region was a complete success. 25lbs of fresh chili’s delivered in 2 days and arrived fresh. Now we the upstate New Yorkers hooked on Hatch Chili’s. Very professional and pleasant personnel and operation. You guys are great!!!”

“We now live in Tennessee and can’t get hatch green Chili’s. Ordered 5lb and was so happy they were fresh and larger than I expected. Spent the whole day roasting and freezing and they will hold us until next year. Glad I found them”
