“This was my first order, and I paid for guaranteed shipment. When I received my chiles, numerous ones were rotted and slimy. I was not pleased as I was advised by The Hatch Chile Store that expedited shipment would guarantee freshness. It did not. Wholly DISAPPOINTED WITH MY ORDER.”

“Ordered 25 pounds of the mild Joe Parker..roasted it on our table top chili roaster and it was amazing...wonderful smoky taste...just ordered another 25 pounds and we absolutely are sold on the Hatch Chilies Store! Thank You All”

“Love Hatch Chile. Got our order of chicken chimichangas and red chile. Couldn't wait to sit down to eat and we weren't disappointed. Our order arrived in wonderful shape...it was packed great for traveling from New Mexico to Virginia. Split our order with our neighbor. They also sat down and enjoyed. I highly recommend Hatch Chile to everyone!”

“First time ordering. Had to call customer service after 2 weeks to find out ETA. She was helpful and let me know when my order would be shipped. Chiles arrived on time (3-day) to Florida, only 1 or 2 were split so I just ate them plain !! Great experience. Received the hot green, waiting on the medium red, can't wait to roast them and taste the flavor. Will definitely order again !!”

“Wonderful, fresh chiles!! We got 5 pounds of the mild and 5 pounds of the medium hot. Already used (and eaten) some of them and prepared the others for freezing and a year of good eating!”

“The green chili came in fantastic shape, but the red chili with its higher moister content about 3 dozen chili's from a 25 lb. box where unusable. They where mostly toward the bottom of the box. the bottom of the box was wet, but held up. Great product would recommend.”
