“The Chile I received had a few that were starting to go bad but that’s to be expected. I was disappointed with the heat factor. I ordered hot and the Chile was mild if that.”

“I ordered 5 lbs of fresh red sandias received them 5 days after shipped out. Were half rotted I did salvage almost half. Should have been an ice pack or gel pak in box Poor shipping method on that”

“Ordered a five pound box of chilis that were delayed by a postal holiday weekend and arrived in less than ideal condition. The Store was apologetic and prompt in offering a replacement or refund. A box I received a couple of months earlier was farm fresh however so I will definitely be ordering again next season. I have also enjoyed the BBQ sauce and chili powder and will be trying other products. The store was a great find.”

“0rdered, what I thought was supposed to be 30 lbs. received 5lb. Dievey was supposed to be on a Tuesday but was delivered on a Saturday afternoon, 3 days earlier. Which is good but no one home. Open then ,, more half was already ready sweaty and damp. Was already on the decaying mode. Ruined. To to the dumpster. Thank You Ed De La O”

“The best hatch chiles ever. My local store has ugly off colored and blemished chiles. This box was full of freshly picked, beautiful big Jim’s fresh from New Mexico. I have not stopped making salsa since. Definitely recommend!”

“Ordered both medium and hot hatch peppers. They came when promised, in good condition - so awesome! But maybe mislabeled, the hot were milder than the medium! Still, so very very good!”

“If I were reviewing the "store", it would be 5 stars. The problem is that the "hot" chiles I ordered had less flavor than a green bell pepper. I was told that due to heavy rain during September, the peppers got a more mild flavor. According to my 5 co-workers, the peppers had no flavor. Next time, order in July was what I was told, and will try that !!”

“We’ve had a rough year like Everyone else… We lost three precious grandparents to Covid and cancer . So when our son came home from paris France to be with us we decided we might need a good chili fix together and remember our dear ones from new Mexico who left us too soon. I called and had a box of green chile to roast within 24 hours after calling and had a great listener On The other end . We had wonderful big Jim’s on a green chile cheeseburger and stacked green chile enchiladas and eggs and chile each morning while my son was here . We laughed dined cried together and we were so grateful for the box of memorable chiles . Thank you to whoever took that call and expedited my gift of Chiles ! The beautiful aroma of roasting chiles helped us feel closer in a way to our lost family. Thankyou !”

“Hello, I ordered the $35 box of Hot Red Chile. First if all, half of the order was rotten and the box was wet and of course, had a very bad odor. More important to me was the chile was not Hot as I requested. I do wish I would receive what I paid for. This is the second time ordering and unfortunately will be the last. Thank you”

“We bought some chilis for my parents as a gift after they moved away from the Southwest, and were feeling a bit sad about the move. It wound up being the perfect gift! The chilis were super fresh when they arrived, and they were gigantic, to boot! My parents were very happy with their gift. :)”
