“After 22 years of ordering chile from California to satisfy my well-earned addiction from my 13 years in Santa Fe, I have found my El Dorado! Hands down, the best: medium and hot green chile, lovingly roasted and peeled and frozeen in solid bags. And the ordering, communications, packing.(even saved the box and padding)...stellar. Now I am off to try the red!”

“10 lbs of beautiful Hatch Chilis arrived perfectly! The same day I rcv’d them I grilled them up and put in the freezer so that I can make chili throughout winter months. I haven’t tried them, but they sure did smell great!”

“More than a dozen of the Chili’s were rotten. The bottom of the box was wet from the rotten chilies. I called the company to advise the condition of the order. The rep said to send photos. I decided I will never order again.”

“So far, so good! One order was shipped as a gift to another location. It arrived in a timely manner in good condition. We are awaiting our order, hopefully it will be shipped to our home in a couple weeks. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered 5 last of mild long green chiles. They did not disappoint with the flavor. I was disappointed with the timeliness of shipping as inclement weather kept them from harvesting the week they were supposed to be shipped. I was made aware of the delay and assured they would do everything within their power to ship the following week. When the chiles arrived, they were fresh, not bruised, and had no spots of rot. I threw them on the grill and roasted those puppies up! Thank you to the Hatch Chile Store for "feeding" my addiction!”

“I love the taste of fresh roasted chiles. Enjoy making green chile with pork. I live in Florida and not able to get green chile here in my area. I lived in New Mexico for years, so I truly miss my authentic mexican foods. So happy I found the Hatch Chile store. The chile is just right in the hotness of them. Love it and hope to keep buying my green chile every year.”

“The Chili is not disappointing I am always happy with what my family and I order. What was disappointing was the customer service over the phone and the lack of communication to us as paying customers. It took over 3 weeks to get my roasted chili and when I called to find out what the hold up was the girl on the phone was rude and said you guys were in the middle of relocation. Not once did I get an email letting me know my order was going to be shipping late. I ordered this chili for empanathas that I was supposed to make for a wedding reception. Needles to say, I didn’t get the chili in time so my niece was disappointed. I am disappointed.”

“We had 2 separate shipments of peppers. Our first shipment last week had a few that had spoiled but we were still very pleased with that shipment that we didn't mind the few that had spoiled. Now the shipment that came in this week, Holy Cow they are AMAZING! So fresh and perfect. I am roasting them today in my chili roaster. These will all be vacuumed sealed and frozen so that I will have them anytime I want them. Of course a few are right now going into a fresh batch of Salsa! I wouldn't buy them from anyone other than The Hatch Chili Store! Thank you all so very much!”

“These green chili orders are my lifeline to satisfy the chili cravings out here in Virginia. The Hatch Green Chili Store has been my sole chili source for years. The chili is always of the highest quality and well roasted and peeled . My orders always come quickly. The packaging used ensures the deliveries are still frozen when they arrive. The only down side... the orders get used up too quickly”

“te HCS pizza last night, and wanted to eat 10 times more :) Out of this world. The friendly and helpful customer experience also takes first place. My only challenge, and it is NOT The Hatch Cili Store's problem, in any way, is that the prices are steep for me. I want to buy everything. Sadly, I have to budget carefully. So that makes these products somewhat of a luxury for me. Carry on - these chilis and the foods prepared with them are the very best.”
