“The customer service and fast delivery are always great. The Chile Rellenos look even more delicious than the last batch we ordered! They are our very favorite meal! I made my own for many years, and then I ordered from The Hatch Chile Store. I definitely cannot make them as good as their chefs!”

“Ordered the tamales, first one was delivered with all the ice melted and the tamales warm and sweaty. Asked for a replacement, which was sent in a timely manner, but arrived the same way. I canceled my order. Still waiting on the roasted chilis.”

“Ecstatic over the wonderfulness of my red, medium-hot Big Jim chiles! The flavor can't be beat. Besides the red chiles, I also ordered Blue Posole (and seasoning) and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone that was lucky enough to get a bowl full of the Best Posole I've Ever Had, wanted more. I will be ordering again. Nothing can surpass chile from the Land of Enchantment!!”

“I ordered fresh red and paid for the expedited shipping so it would get here quickly to lower the chance of spoiling while in transit. It arrived quickly and we didn't have very much spoilage. I expected some. It's going to happen. We ordered medium because I was too late to order hot. It is more mild to medium. Good flavor though. I'll be ordering earlier next year but will be ordering again.”

“I ordered a few pounds of your fresh red chilis and they arrived in a matter of days -- a carton full of gorgeous red chilis! And, they are just delicious -- hot but not too hot and full of flavor. I have been frying them with my eggs in the morning and they really do the trick.”

“Product arrived in excellent condition. Chilie’s were excellent, great flavor and texture. We roasted and froze half to save some for later. After thawing the flavor and texture were still excellent. Will be ordering again.”

“After 22 years of ordering chile from California to satisfy my well-earned addiction from my 13 years in Santa Fe, I have found my El Dorado! Hands down, the best: medium and hot green chile, lovingly roasted and peeled and frozeen in solid bags. And the ordering, communications, packing.(even saved the box and padding)...stellar. Now I am off to try the red!”
