“What a difference a year can make! Last season’s order was sub-par in appearance and mediocre flavor. Some bags had more seeds and skins that what were to be expected. As a result, the flavor was compromised. Fast forward to this year. This year’s batch of hot roasted, peeled, and chopped green chile has exceeded our expectations. The presentation is lovely, and the flavor is invigorating. As a result, our tasting spirits are high, and our faith has been restored in doing business with The Hatch Chile Store! Way to go, chile family! Nicely done! 😊💚”

“mmmmm mmmmm good. ordered the medium chopped green chile accidentally and was happy to find that it's beautiful and tasty. ordered the medium green whole as a gift....I'm sure the recipient will enjoy it, too! It all arrived within 3 days of shipping and packaged so well! Usually I buy Hatch from a stand, but missed it this year. This might be the my new "go to" way of ordering. You're all doing a great job in these trying times!”

“My red Chile, green chile, green chile pecans and chile rellenos all arrived promptly, and I am thrilled with them all! I didn’t find these items when in town for the AIBF (Balloon Fiesta), which surprised me!!! So I was happy to find you online. The rellenos are so delicious! And I paired the pecans with mashed sweet potatoes, and it was yummy. Thank you!”

“The dry ice in my package of lovely rellenos had melted before arrival. It was July and we had had a hot spell. Hence, I called customer service and asked them for help on my next delivery to make sure the package was still cold upon arrival. Much to my surprise, customer service sent me a whole new package free of charge and it was delivered icy cold. I was blown away by this. My brother-in-law, who introduced me to Hatch Chile store, said, he was not surprised at all by the excellent customer service. He said they are a family-owned company and they are all heart. Thank you for your kindness and generosity and of course your wonderful hatch chiles. I had the rellenos for dinner and my friends wanted the link to your store. They said it brought them home to taste such fantastic rellenos. Cheers and many thank yous.”

“We're partially thawed upon receipt but we had some immediately and they were very good. We moved to Texas from NM and you just can't get chili rellanoes here made with the Big Jim's green chili. We've been dreaming of them for 10 years! You scratched our itch!”
