“I just love that these good people will send me roasted, chopped, and frozen Hatch chilies in the Fall to get me through another frozen north winter. The shipping is always quick, and the good green stuff goes right into my freezer to await my next "grand kitchen experiment". The quality is always good, and the fact that each bag of goodness is usually just perfect for a pot-o'-whatever keeps my grandsons on their toes. Thanks to the Hatch Chile Store, these young ruffians think I'm a passably okay cook. Note that the thin way the chilies are bagged makes thawing them super simple...in case you're like me and tend to forget to stick them in the fridge the night before. Thank you, HCS...great as ever!”

“We pre-ordered frozen chopped green chiles. We were notified when they shipped to us. They arrived in great shape, still frozen solid, in an insulated container with dry ice. They are now in our freezer awaiting use. We have ordered from Hatch before, and found the quality to be exceptional. I anticipate this shipment will be great as well.”

“I wish I could give you 5 stars everything about our order was great. I am a native of nm and know all about green chili, the chili we received was good not extra hot as it would be if I picked up myself from a local fruit stand in nm, it was not roasted enough to give it some of it great taste, and for 119.00 I could have gotten a few sacks of green chili roasted, so the 10 16oz bags won't go far in our house hold the plan is to drive to get it not order online. This is the only reason I can't give you 5 stars but it does taste good.”

“I absolutely love hatch green chile! I was born and raised in New Mexico and currently live in New York. Far away from the chile culture. I can not survive without my chile and so happy I can order fresh chile from you! I order about 10lbs to last me a year. So very pleased with your product and it's so easy to get! “Wow, you continue to be my go-to for roasted green chilis! Ever since moving from Colorado to Southwest Florida a couple of decades ago, it was a long and sometimes painful process to find a company I could count on to send the best roasted and packaged chilis to satisfy my cravings. This year I ordered extra so I could give some to some local friends thinking I can probably get them hooked too!!!”
