“No problems placing the order (5 lbs). Arrived within the 2 day delivery window in great shape. Roasted the chilies. Some being frozen for later and others in the 'frig to be used in the next day or two. These were the mild chilies. Next time I'll try the hotter ones.”

“I was not impressed with my experience. Started with the shipping of my product I had to call twice and finally told that they were waiting on the harvest and then after receiving my order… I do not believe that I received 10 lbs if Chile but I was informed that they do weigh it before packaging and asked to weigh it at my home but it was too late because I had already began to roast…. And finally my FUEGO hatch peppers not HOT at all. I probably received a mild peppers Instead of my requested order. I have previously purchased XXHOT and I know what fuego peppers are. Regardless I will not be ordering in the future.”

“The Fed Ex truck broke down and the delivery was one day late. Lost about 8 chiles out of 10 pound box...Not Hatch's fault. Anyhoo, I canned 8 quarts of the red hots out of the 10 pounds. Now to season for two weeks and voila, instant sensation.”

“This year we ordered 25 pounds of green chilies, as we do every fall. We order late with the usual experience of receiving seven or eight red chilies in the box of greens. For some reason this year the box of greens had no reds. Zero. None at all. I was a little disappointed in that so when I saw you were offering 10 pound boxes of fresh reds I wanted one. When received the peppers were kind of dry and many of them were cracked and slightly rotten. My net yield From the red peppers order was real low. It seems like in the long run I had to spend an extra weekend roasting seeding and cleaning up. I also had to pay FedEx twice. It's October in the Pacific Northwest, so needless to say I'm having to roast these peppers in the rain. I ended up with about twice as many roasted reds in ziplock bags at the end of the day. But I'm not sure it's worth the extra cost and effort. Just gives the perception that the Reds I would've gotten in the green order we're held back. If this is actually the case, I'm not really a fan of it. The second order of the season (the red Peppers) was not up to your usual standards.”

“Received my 10 lb box on Friday afternoon and roasted them today (Saturday). I’ve already used six or so in tonight’s dinner! Great to be able to savor these Chiles in Florida.”

“Last season I bought 5lbs which gave me about 5 bags once roasted. This season I went with 25lbs. Freshness upon arrival has been great both times. Cannot wait to get home today and roast those beauties.”
