“I had previously ordered frozen chopped/seeded Mild Green Chilis about 2 years ago and was very happy with the quality as were the many people who loved my Green Chile Stew served for a community picnic. I ordered a 5lb box of fresh chilis after I learned the way to roast them with my broiler. They turned out great and froze them in batches with my Food Saver. Looking forward to more meals of Green Chile Enchiladas.”

“Fantastic!!!…..if you have never been in New Mexico this time of year when the Hatch Chile’s are being roasted on street corners and parking lots and the smell permeates the air and pulls you in like a moth to a light you don’t know what your missing. I grew up in the Texas Panhandle and was basically weaned on these Chile’s, I now live in St. Augustine, FL. and was very happy to have been able to order these and have them delivered in two days right to my front door. I fabricated a roaster a few weeks ago in anticipation of receiving my bounty (10 lbs. of the hot) and had some Shiner Bock ready to be iced down for the glorious event to come, my wife said I almost went into some sort of trance the day they arrived. Needless to say we had a wonderful night roasting our hall of Chile’s …. pulling several right out of the roaster, slapping them in a fresh tortilla and chasing them down with an ice cold Shiner Bock. “Very pleased, the Chile's and Salsa are so good! Those Hatch green Chile's have Exceptional flavor. The Pecans have just right amount of Zing for me, that slowly comes on and has you reaching for more. Well done, I will most assuredly be ordering again soon.”

“Ordered 50 lbs, half hot and half extra hot. There was an issue with FedEx on the hot and it showed up a day late, but Hatch Chile Store refunded me the difference without issue. This was shipped to St. Louis during a heat/humidity spell, but I still only had about 5% loss of peppers on the hot that was delayed and literally every single xhot pepper was excellent for roasting. Thanks Hatch Chile Store, 3 years in a row of excellent service and a happy St. Louis New Mexican with fresh chile on my breakfast almost every day of the year. Already can't wait for my annual roasting next year.”

“The first order got here late, due to FedEx not being efficient, but I got the second order, free of charge, on time and they are DELICIOUS! I made some homemade Chili Relleno's and my husband loved them. Even had a friend comment on how beautiful the chiles were! Definitely ordering from here again!!”

“Spent the afternoon roasting, peeling, chopping and bagging 25 pounds of fresh, pure, spicey heaven. We got 11 one quart freezer bags full of green chilies for the winter. Excellent quality peppers and service.”

“I have ordered from Hatch Chili Store several times. I rarely ever have any whole peppers to be bad. If I wait a few days, I may have some spots going bad, but overall, I could not be more pleased with the taste or quality of their peppers. I am adding pictures of the peppers roasted, peppers seeded and skinned and the finished sauce. The smell in the house of the sauce is awesome and the taste is out of this world!!”

“I love green Chile. I had a lot of small chiles in my order, not as good as the meaty Big Jim’s. I would order more items from the store, but shipping costs make it prohibitive.”
