“We are loving our chiles! Perfect amount of heat (we got the medium heat Big Jims) Roasted/freezed and dried them immediately because they arrived a bit later than expected. Some had already turned red and a couple were starting to rot. This was not necessarily a reflection of the Hatch Chile store but possibly of USPS. If you have the option of going with another method of delivery, I would.”

“While I had to wait for our fresh chile, knowing it was from Hatch and then smelling it as I roasted it, made the wait worthwhile. The frozen is great, but the fresh is such an experience - thank you for bringing NM back to me.”

“It was so nice to get a taste of home so far away from home. We ordered 2 boxes one of mild and one of medium and they were both amazing. So fresh and a great size. No skimpy chilies here! We will be making ordering and roasting chilies every year now brining Hatch to Western Maryland.”

“I ordered my chilis early, so I was told to wait for an email. Once the email came my chilis arrived within 2 days. They were fresh and ready for roasting. They are very flavorful and I will enjoy them all year long. Thank you Hatch Clile Store!”

“I'm really happy with my experience with the hatch Chile Store. I got a five pound box and was surprised how many chiles there were. Since it is only me and my wife, this will last awhile. The order came fast and they were fresh. I roasted and froze most of them but saved some for a batch of Hatch Chile Verde. The chiles tasted amazing! Just the right amount of heat. I will be back next year for sure.”

“This was the worst box of chilies I have ever seen . Very disappointed - they were old , wrinkled and some had soft rotten places . I would think you would either refund me or send me a new box with good chili's , the way they should have been sent to begin with ...”
