“Living in Texas I am so close to NM but again so far away if you really want good Hatch chili!!! Lucky for me I get my order in at the Hatch chili store each year and stock up. sure I can get hatch chili in season at a few local stores but not my HOT that I crave all year. Once my order is placed I am assured fresh chili at my door step. then the next day my house is filled with the wonderful aroma of roasting the chili. Its my favorite time of year!!”

“I ordered roasted chopped chiles and promptly made a salsa with them. The chiles are everything I hoped, flavorful, just the rights amount of spice and in perfect shape. I will order fresh soon and plan on regular orders, I am extremely happy and in chile heaven.”

“In these Pandemic times, it's nice to have a taste of home and comfort. My chiles arrived safe and fast, and I spent an evening roasting them over a wood fire under the starry sky in the Catskill Mountains of New York. I look forward to all the Green Chile Stew I will make this winter! Thank you”

“I grew up in the Southwest. Your products bring a genuine taste of home to me in Pennsylvania. I especially love the red chile sauce (Abuela’s). I was disappointed in my last order of red chile pork tamales. They were not of the same quality as the previous two batches. The centers were mostly corn masa, with a little pork stuck on the ends. The filling was not very flavorful. I will definitely continue to purchase your sauces and frozen chiles.”
