“After living in Albuquerque for 24 years the chili roasting season has a specific smell about it and when I roasted my 5 lbs. here in Florida, my house had a very similar smell. I wished it could last for ever. I only gave one of my packs away. ALL the rest are mine until next harvest! Love this stuff keeps New Mexican's healthy inside too!”

“You all are a life-saver for this displaced New Mexican! Given the pandemic, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get home and restock my chile supply. Your shipment was quick and in great shape upon arrival! And oh man, THE AROMA OF FRESH CHILE!!! I only wish I'd ordered a little later in the season so that it had more heat. My 'medium' Big Jims were too mild for my taste in early August. Cheers to you and your wonderful business!”

“2nd year ordering from The Hatch Chile store, great experience. I received my 25lb box of Chargers in perfect condition. Didn't lose one chile. Roasted and bagged for the year. Beautiful and meaty. Great flavor, wished it had a bit more heat but otherwise very happy. 🥰”

“I purchased a batch of hatch chiles as a thank you gift for a friend who makes the best enchiladas. The ordering process was simple, they arrived on time and in great condition. (I did upgrade for freshness delivery). He was very surprised when they arrived and said the combination of heat and flavor was perfect.”

“I lived in Arizona and the chiles were a staple in every kitchen, I moved to North Carolina and thought would never have them again. I was remembering the name Hatch Chile so I looked on the internet and low and behold I could order and have 2 day shipping. I immediately ordered and they soon arrived and in good shape. My daughter and I roasted them right away and have shared with a couple of family members. I know I will not go into withdrawals now that I can order. Fresh and delicious Chiles in North Carolina can't get much better than that.”

“I have been looking for frozen green chile delivered to my doorstep for years and my wish has come true. I ordered the roasted mild chopped green chile, and it arrived in less than 24 hours and I live in California. The mild is perfect. It has flavor and just enough bite. My New Mexican relatives that now live here, have already received their order.”

“I got my order on Friday via uses a day before before it was supposed to arrive.it was in great condition. I roasted it and froze it right away. I live in Tampa, Florida and it is impossible to buy green chile for here. Thsnks for the good service and good big jims.”

“I bought the pozole seasoning and hominy and it was among the very best I've ever eaten! I also purchased the red and green chile seasoning and have used it on everything! Both are fantastic to wake a dish up! Recently ordered another pozole kit!”
