“I had to change my rating this time because the Sandia batch was at least 25% immature pods. The surfaces weren't smooth and shiny, without the wall thickness of ripe chilis. Those didn't amount to much after roasting and peeling. Someone got careless - or in a hurry to accumulate five pounds. Very little spoilage though. But, see you next year. I appreciate what you do.”

“Chile size was horrible. Most were sized like a large jalapeño and not typically what I’m used to. Yield was horrible. Lost 35% due to size issues (so small with so little meat they would not peel). I might consider buying again, however, fruit basket ALWAYS beats expectations. I’ve included a few pics of the larger of the bushell. What I did save is good and hot.”

“These are the freshest and tastiest Hatch Chiles ever. Superb flavor and appearance. I bought a box of the hot ones, and wow! Quite zingy....I loved them! Their customer service is top notch and they take care of their customers. Highly recommended. I recommended these chiles to a friend and he ordered a box.”

“Half of my chili’s were either rotted out or moldy. I thought I payed extra for the guaranteed delivery. Maybe I didn’t. I was able to save about half of them. For next time, will you let me know what I should do to ensure that they arrive fresh. Thank you, George Gianopoulos”

“Order was placed, was given the option of receiving a mixed box of medium and hot right away, or waiting another week and receiving a box of hot. I waited, and it was well worth it! Put them on the grill for roasting right away, eating a few right off the grill, put some on cheeseburgers that night, and divided the rest in portions to freeze for later. Fresh, full box, great flavor and perfect heat!”

“No fault of yours, but that of the USPS who failed to deliver the peppers in a timely manner. Two day priority shipping was 10 days late and the peppers were leaking through the box. The customer service people were awesome and will reship next week.”
