“We love Hatch Chile Store. We are long-time patrons of this store. We are transplanted New Mexicans, lived in New Mexico 30+ years. We ordered 25 lbs of fresh chilis and have a roasting party in Georgia. The whole neighborhood smells like home. We have only had one bad experience with our order and it was resolved immediatley. Fast friendly service, would recommend them 100%.”

“I live in Los Angeles and it’s hard to find green chili roasters. I used to 500° oven and roasted them directly on the rack. Then placed him in a large bowl to sweat overnight. Then embarked on the arduous task of peeling off skins. It took a couple days but we did it. I saved all the scraps so I can make green chili ice cream. Thank you hatch green chili!”

“Easy to place orders, communication is good, and the product is excellent. I have been buying from Hatch Chile Store for quite a while and have never been disappointed. I roast,steam,bag and freeze my 25 pounds with 4 hours of arrival and enjoy them throughout the next 12 months. I once lived in NM where I developed my dependence on chiles! Richard F. PA”

“WOW !!!!! Where do I start . I ordered a 5 pound box as a surprise for my sister . The box arrived in yesterdays mail with no issues . When my sister opened the box we couldnt get over the size of the chile . We were up early this morning roasting the chile on the grill . We will need to reoder again in September.”
