“Based on prior orders, we expected a few chiles to not survive the hot weather during shipping. This year, we only lost one chile in a 10lb fresh medium shipment. They have been roasted, packed and frozen. The house smelled amazing for a days. This is now an annual thing for us.”

“I received two orders of the medium green chili. They were in excellent shape, large peppers and fresh. I worked hard at getting them grilled and refrigerated or frozen. It’s hot and humid here in Florida and I didn’t want to chance losing any. The aroma kept me smiling all day. The medium is good for our family! Making green chili stew and chili rellenos tonight. Already ate with pinto beans and papitas. Absolutely met my expectations.”

“The roasted green chiles are out of this world. We can't get to NM very often, but we have a nice taste of NM every time we cook with the Hatch chiles. Fabulous for chile verde, but also wonderful on pizza, in omelets, and in soups and stews. Will happily keep buying them!”

“Outstanding chile! I ordered 200lbs of hot and medium, it arrived to northern NH in 2 days, it was perfect. I got it all roasted and in the freezer. I have been buying fresh chile from Hatch Chile Store for a few years now and it's always excellent. My husband grew up in Hatch NM and was the one who introduced me to "hot" food (that was 39 years ago). I share this chile with my friends and it is always a hit! The Hatch Chile store...great product, great service.”

“Very good quality. I believe my order from 2 or 3 years ago was packed in dry ice. This order was not. Nevertheless the product arrived in good condition with the exception of two broken chilles. I guess that should be expected since they traveled 1600 miles in two days.”

Hi Sandra, It looks like you never reached out to our customer service team about the issue. I am so sorry about the inconvenience! As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. Your chile was shipped on 7/26 and is still in transit. The FedEx tracking states that there is an "Operation Delay." At this point, your chile has spoiled in transit. We will be filing a claim with FedEx. I have set up a reshipment for tomorrow 8/2. Please keep an eye on your email for your tracking numbers. Thanks, Taylor

“Ordering was easy and fast. Experience was great. Delivery was as quick once notified of shipment. Several chilies were rotting on the tips and one was completely rotted. All in all good product and quality.”

“They are roasted and in the freezer we’ve already made supper with chili Rihanna‘s. They are the nicest green chilies they’re long the meat in them is really thick they peel super easy we absolutely love them and I will order them again next spring.”
