“Hi there, my order arrived and I immediately enjoyed the fresh smell of the chiles. Next day I roasted two sheets of chiles and some were frozen and some I peeled to add to our meal. However not much ‘meat’ was left. About 1/4 of the chiles had turned red. Consequently the 10 lbs I received didn’t yield much ‘chile’ to work with.”

“I ordered what I thought was Hafch chile sauce. I ordered it before and it was perfect. The 6 jars showd up and it was just blended red roasted Chiles that had been put in a blender. Seeds and skin. The stuff before was cleaned into a nice sauce that I could use directly out of the jar for enchiladas, or red chile pork burritos. I could have ordered dried red Chiles and processed it myself for a tenth of the price. I had to clean and process it anyway. Very disappointed. I guess I should have look closer at the description. Do you still sell the processed roasted red sauce in jars??”

“Chile's arrived promptly, still frozen (to Arizona) and they are PERFECT- that roasted smell & flavor, perfect 'heat' - I had to order more immediately. At last- my green chile fix, without all that peeling !!!”
