“We got the 10lb box of Fresh Hatch Green Chilies. When they arrived, we were astonished at just how fresh they were. We got to roasting them as soon as we could and have then in the freezer. We take out a pack and use them in cooking often. Makes for a great burger topper. Looking forward to next year ordering them again.”

“I love Hatch chiles and it's so great to have them available frozen year round. Among the dishes I make is a Hatch Chile Chimichurri/Chicken/White Bean and Rice soup (photo) — just add Chimichurri sauce to chicken stock, cook some white beans and purée some of them, shred some chicken, put all in the pot with leftover cooked rice — and Hatch chiles! I top it with grated cheddar. Sour cream would also be welcome. It's one of our favorite soups.”

“Very dissaapointed. We've ordered from this vendor several times and hae always been thrilled to see the white box on our doorstep 2000 miles from NM. Order fullfillment has always been great and on time. This time however we discovered out "Hot" chiles were lacking any noticable heat. We reached out to the support who let us know we likley "removing the vein". We’ve always followed the same process. Roast over an open flame, peal, remove the seeds, bag, and freeze. We never wash or de-vein the chiles. After discovering the total lack of heat in this batch, we even left them roasted peeled with the seeds intact for two days in the fridge, hoping they’d develop some kick. Nothing. It really seems like we were sent the wrong chiles. But since they refuse to even consider that possibility or make it right, we’ll take our business elsewhere. It’s a lousy way to end what had become a beloved fall tradition for us. I’m sure our small 10–25 lb order won’t matter to thier bottom line, but we’re genuinely bummed out.”

“Hatch Chili's are awesome! I lived in NM for over 30 years. Every year looked forward to the chili harvest. I recently moved to East, TN. Tennessee doesn't know what hatch chili is. I found the Hatch Chili store online and couldn't be happier. This year I had a shipping problem with my order. It was only an email and phone call to the store and employee, Angel took care of the problem by promptly replaced my order. Superb service! Excellent product. Delivery as promised and stated online! If you are one that left a bad review... SHAME ON YOU! No need to look any further. Thank you! Debe F.”
