“Do not order online, this company is a disgrace to the great state of new mexico. This place has no regards to the customer, they are very quick to charge you 25 dollars for next day delivery, I ordered on a Tuesday during business hours, thinking it would go out Wednesday like it says, nope it goes thru a app called shop, I still have not recieved my order and to put it nice they can't even answer the phone or call a customer back. What a disgusting way to do business. I would have gave zero stars if it let me.”

“The Hatch green chile we received was fresh and delicious! We understand the Southwest received a lot of rain this season but that did not affect the fresh chile flavor and taste. We love our “green gold” and are so thankful you grow Hatch green chile. Thank you!!”

“simply the best. used them immediately in some corn and chicken chowda. the envy of all who sample (or I give permission to sample). Added them to my renowned chicken and cheese enchiladas in a jalapeno cream sauce for added texture and taste............... "The Ditch' in Winter Park Co. is where I was introduced to the taste of Hatch Green Chiles. Awesome place to eat and awesome way to be introduced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“We moved from Arizona to Tennessee four years ago. One of the things we missed most was Hatch Chiles. We now order from you every year and are never disappointed. These are the best Hatch Chiles!”

“Received first order, great green chiles medium heat. Roasted them perfect. Ordered another five pounds, Inedible. NO FLAVOR AT ALL! Picked far too soon, you refused to make this right. There will not be another order unless you resend the correct product. Must be nice to just say too bad for us. Shame on this company. We look forward to this every year, being New Mexico natives. Will look for another company unless you stand up for your product and customers.”

“We use to live in Arizona and would take a vacation every year to New Mexico in September to get our Hatch green chilies for the year. We now live in Missouri and brought our roaster with us and order our chili from Hatch and roast our selves. So happy we can still get our Hatch chili, no other chili matches up. If someone claims to have Hatch chili I taste, (and you can taste it when it is Hatch) to confirm before buying.”

“Order Hatc-285829 I am extremely disappointed and upset. NO TASTE AT ALL. This batch tastes more like bell or banana peppers or tomatoes than green chile and it would not peel after we roasted it. I think they replaced it with somebody else's peppers because this wasn't authentic Hatch green chile.”

“I'll start by saying I have ordered from this company since 2018. Unfortunately this company only gives 2 days notice from when they will ship. The 25 lbs box I ordered this year arrived when I was unable to process the box for 2 days after its arrival. A full 2/3's of the box had already started to go bad. I notified the company and was told since I did not process them right away that it was my fault. I then ordered a 10 lbs box to make up for the loss of the 1st box. I was notified yesterday that the box would ship in 2 days. I promptly emailed back asking them to push the shipment to next week as I was going to be out of town when the new box arrived. (at the bottom of the email it says email us immediately if the address is not correct), this tells me they have the ability to make changes to the shipping process if necessary. The email I received back said since the shipping label was already created there was nothing they could do.”

“This year we ordered 20 pounds of Hatch Medium and 20 pounds of Hatch Hot. The chile arrived in perfect condition. The pods were very large for both, and roasted great. We haven't tried them yet since we are still working our way through last years chile.”
