“Great retailer. Rug arrived in less than 48 hours, great quality just not the right colour for me. The sales team were great, sent me a link for a courier to return which was much cheaper than going directly through the courier, provided all dimensions making it super easy. Communication during refund process was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again”

“I am so pleased with my blue "climbing jaguar" runner. It lies in a short corridor in my flat beneath a painting by a Venezuelan painter, called "Blue Jungle". I was amazed at how quickly it was delivered - next day. Thank you.”

“Very poor customer service and after sales service. Rug was delivered to the wrong address, I did not receive any further deliver communications. I have made a complaint which I was told will be sorted in 24 hours, after a few days, I have not received any response - would never recommend.”
