“The Rug Seller has a great range of products to choose from. I was looking for throws to add some interest to my sofas. As with all online purchases, it is sometimes difficult to match colours exactly from home to online images. That would be my only caveat, but a good returns policy means that, if products don't match as envisioned, you can always return them.”

“I ordered a rug that was too small for the space so I returned it via Evri and ordered a larger size. The refund for the smaller rug went through really quickly. Impressive. The rug itself is really good quality and looks stunning. Recommend both company and rug very highly.”

“Very happy with everything. The rug I ordered was not in stock at the time of ordering, I knew this when I ordered but decided to order anyway. The company kept me informed and were incredibly kind and polite, even offered me alternatives such as ordering a different rug or even pulling out with a full refund. The delivery was just as good and I would certainly buy from them again when the need arises.”
