“The rug took quite a long time to arrive but most deliveries are taking longer in these difficult times. I am very pleased with it, the colour is exactly what I had hoped for. I would have preferred a woollen rug but the quality is good. It moved around on top of the carpet but have purchased a non slip backing for it. That arrived very quickly and has resolved the problem. I would definitely buy from The Rug Seller again.”

“Delivery a little slow. Stated 3 to 5 days on rug descriptor, up to 10 days another part of the site. Came at aprox 7 days. Maybe shouldn't have worried as delivery affected by C19. This is my only complaint, once rug dispatched it was delivered right on time. Rug as good as it looked ,fits, like it. Would use seller again. Only 4 stars due to poor communications over delivery.”

“Generally pleased with our purchase, it should have been rolled around a cardboard tube though as there were several areas on the rug where the surface had damage due to folding and movement during shipment. This was overcome by spotting on the areas with an indelible felt tip pen, luckily it was a black rug so it covered well. Just easier than all the hassle of returning.”

“I love the rug - great size, lovely quality, soft under foot. It's just paler in colour than I thought from the photos, so muddy foot prints are very visible which is a shame, as it was bought as a hallway runner. The non-slip backing is great - the rug doesn't move around at all! Delivery time was great and the rug was well packaged.”

“The rug is nice. Only let down was the delivery. DHL delivered to the wrong address but were adamant it had been delivered to the correct address. Two days after stressing to them that I had definitely not received it, they found it in a different part of Durham.”

“I really like my purchase. However the package was open and left on my doorstep. My neighbour alerted me that it was there as my bell had not been rung. I also had quite a long wait from purchase to delivery.”
