“Bought an indoor Door Mat which looks good however one edge looks like it’s just been cut with scissors & not sealed, hardly used yet and there are already frayed bits coming off. Disappointed. Photo attached.”

“Ordered a flat rug to go at the back door as everyone (including cats) were coming in from the garden. It had to be flat so that the doors around opened and this one was. Stays nice and flat and covers the area.”

“The doormats were in stock only with the Rug Seller Ltd And at a good price, so that was a plus, and delivery was free. Great. However, there was such a long wait for these mats to arrive - many weeks! I had to send prompting emails twice just to be sure my order was still in hand. This would have been more acceptable if they had communicated with me about the delay.”
