“Whilst the customer service side of my experience with The Rug Seller was positive, the product (Buddy Rug runner) is not so good. The rug looks great and feels great under foot, but it slips dreadfully! We have it on carpet and just one walk on it will send it off on an angle, which in a hallway is very noticeable. The product information on The Rug Sellers site does state that it is non slip. Perhaps it is on a wood, laminate or a tiled floor, but it certainly isn't on carpet. Had a have known this I would not have purchased it as I find myself re aligning it several times a day. Annoying to say the least.”

“Normally we would want to see a rug before buying but because of the Covid 19 situation, we couldn't. So we relied on the description and photo of the rug and crossed our fingers. It could not have turned out better. We placed the order and very quickly the rug arrived. The colour had been accurately portrayed in the photo but the quality and feel of it was better than we had hoped. We were delighted with the purchase and the speed and ease of delivery.”

“Having put our order in and paid a lot of money for two large rugs, having only seen them online, we put our faith with fingers crossed it would all go to plan. We were given a realistic delivery date, although hoped for sooner, but needn’t have worried, they came, well packed and before estimated time. The rugs I love and I e-mailed my thanks straight back - and you can use that too. Very happy bunny. Thank you! Lizzi SK”
