Place an order with the promise to get it within 3-5 working days. Right after the payment, they sent an email that it will be delayed for a week. The real delay was more than 2 weeks. And the Parsell (table) arrived without table legs. So I got a useless piece of glace instead of a table. No one responce to emails, they promised 4 days, but nothing from their side. Called the service center, and after 90min in a queue, they asked for the order number and put the phone down. Have no idea how to deal with them. In the store, they do not want to talk about online orders.

Should be zero stars. Ordered online on 17th November. Was told to expect items on the 23rd November so I waited. Got to 23rd and an email was sent stating items will be dispatched on 25th and delivered on the 25th. Items picked up by DHL on 25th since til the 13th no delivery!! . Throughout the period of 4th December til the 12th I was emailing them and kept giving them my order number only to get an email stating 'what's your order number'!! Also I was told that I would have to contact them to cancel or return products but this is impossible as their phone lines were upto queues of 50 people!! Which under trading standards is unreasonable. This is because returns and cancellations procedures due to breach in contract should be accessible for the customers. On the 12th I tried to contact them again explaining that the order was decorations and now were too late and that I wanted the order cancelled as they had broken their delivery contract with me. After many unanswered emails and phonecalls with queues upto 56 people in waiting ( recorded it). Still no sort out finally an email from them stating to refuse parcel at door and it would be sent back. By the 13th December the order finally arrived and was refused as per their email. I updated them that the Order was refused. Early last week they emailed me stating that they have issued a full refund and they DHL has verified that the order is being sent back. Today is the 17th of December.. Over 4 weeks from the original order. I have received an email from DHL stating they are delivering my parcel today....huh?? I was told it was being sent back by the Range. Also I have had no refund.. And get this, this is just parcel one of the order. Parcel 2 was being sent and delivered the same day as parcel one ( and 23rd of December). Still no parcel 2 and no tracking information, no texts, nothing. I still don't know where my rug as gone. Emailed the customer services yet again ( 3 times now about the rug) and they keep saying they have emailed the department that delays with this and they will be in contact.... Its the 17th of December and no contact. I'm paying through clearpay for items I don't have. I'm sure that's theft. Over 4 weeks and nothing, no refund nothing. My advice - don't put yourself though what I'm going through. Dont think it wil be different either. Massive phone queues of 50 + people, over 30+ emails sent over a period of 4 weeks, no refund. It's not worth the stress. I'm disabled, I struggle with social anxiety so I shop online alot, this has out me off completely. Going forward I don't know what to do now. I don't understand how the can do this. I just want a refund.

Still not received my item which was due for delivery on 25 November. Have emailed Customer Services twice, no reply. When I called them I was in a queue for almost an hour before they cut the call off! I would never buy anything from them again. Daylight robbery. Not sure how they get away with it.

Avoid avoid this company because is useless if you return your items never get your money back they just going in circles and never send your money avoid

Delivery so far a week late, can't get through on the phone, no reply from customer services email for over 5 days and that was to tell me they are working on it I just want to know where my item is i have paid for. This is theft!! I will next buy from the range online or in store EVER again shocking company

BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought an item online which was faulty. I called customer service several times and was in line each time for over an hour. I took the faulty item to the Range shop in Plymouth. They refused to take the item and told me the range didn’t sell me the item, it was from a 3rd party, I’m not sure how that works when I paid the range for the product, not the 3rd party!!??? If I bought a faulty item of food from a supermarket, I would return it to them, I wouldn’t be expected to find the farmer it came from. The range are taking to accountability for a faulty item that was sold on their website. The manager told me to call customer support. I explained once again I had tried to call them. I was going around in circles and I am still have a item which is faulty. Having worked in customer service myself, I can not believe how little customer service the range has. After doing some research I found a Facebook page with over 1000 members who are all have the same issue as myself. How do the range get away it? I will be reporting to trading standards and will be following this through. My item was not a lot of money in value but I still have my rights.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Standing around doing nothing watching queue growing asked for calor gas SAID GOT NONE ask when delivery no answer dirty look no reply so rude 3 persons 1 operating till absolutely Appalling on sat 17th Dec 2022 avoid Willenhall they are not worth my money glad they had none they are nasty piece of work women are the worst.... In there.... Hardly pleasant experience... Shame on you its cold and I'm dying shame on you...

Have ordered a couch over a month ago, yodel said they had delivered but no tracking and no delivery, said they didn't recognise the address so gave another address of a relative to make it easier, still waiting for delivery they say the couch is at the depot!? Have waited 5 weeks now

I did not realise You had my old delivery address and 2 items of £16.99 went to an ex who I do not want contact with. I tried to change delivery but was advised i could only cancel I tried to cancel rug of £59.99 going to that address but was directed to a premium number and put in a queue at number 39. Total loss £94.

BOUGHT WALLPAPER FROM RANG ON LINE OVER A MONTH AGO STILL CANT GET IT RETURNED BECAUSE I CAN'T GET INTO MY EMAILS.SERVICE IN SHOP AT FALKIRK WAS DISGUSTING NOW I AM LEFT WITH THE WALLPAPER AND NO MONEY TO BUY MORE BEING A PENSIONER I DOT GET ALOT OF MONEY TO KEEP ME.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE RANGE OR RECOMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN IM TOTALLY DISHEARTENED BY THE LENGTH OF TIME I WAS WAISTED CALLING SHOP AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY THE LACK OF CARE IS HORRIFIC.

Had to give a star because zero isn't a choice. The Range used to be a good place to shop. Not anymore! The staff are rude and unfriendly. I feel the criteria in the interviews for this company are that of a miserable nature. It doesn't matter which branch it is, the majority are unfriendly and unhelpful! If you don't like people, don't work on a face to face basis or any other custer service to be fair! I won't be going back. B&M for me 🙂

My parcel I ordered on the 23rd Nov which was supposed to arrive by 6th Dec still has not arrived. Get no help on email I've checked yodel tracking and says parcel is still with sending despite an email saying its been dispatched. 3 hours on hold on Sat to be cut off! Disgusting service and I will never buy from the range again

Customer service is non existant. They advertise if you call them you'll have less than 15minute wait. When you call you are always between 55th and 65th in the queue then they cut the call off at 14.30mins . If you send a message then they'll reply in 4DAYS.

I ordered a ps4 steering wheel instead of a ps5. Contacted them on the 14th Nov still haven't sorted it. Todays date 12th Dec. Emailed them again got no reply I'm sick of waiting for a collection date and a refund.

I ordered an advent calendar for a child on the 15th of November. It is now 12th of December and there is no sign of the calendar. I had to spend over 1,5 hours trying to get through to the customer service on 2 occasions with no result. On the third occasion, after waiting on the phone for almost 2!!! hours to ask for a refund, the call was cut off at 6.30pm. I also wrote 3 emails with absolutely no result. Appalling service and obviously a company that does not care.

Tried to charge me £8.99 for a Christmas decoration that was for my child with disabilities it was priced at 1.49 I checked my receipt I was overcharged the rude inexperienced manager said I could a refund and said would not honour the price being that on the hook with items the same my child’s was in tears I was so humiliated with a queue full of people I well never go that store again this manager was awful a male with a beard he raised his voice at me absolutely disgusting this was the Llandudno store north Wales

Avoid this s****y company at all cost! Ordered a new dining table to only be sent gold legs instead of chrome and no glass top for it! Rang customer service and they said their partner company furniture will be in touch in afew days, still waiting, rang 3 times now 1 hour waits to get through only for the call to drop within 1 minute of them answering and no call back!

Trying to return an item they don’t answer phone takes an hour to get through same response they have passed the ticket to range plus they will be in touch emailed about 20 times same response they will be in touch been going in for nearly 4 weeks they are beyond disgusting they won’t tell me where to send it and I’m pretty sure they won’t refund it anyway it’s a good way to make people keep products they don’t want my advise is don’t buy from them they are the worst company I have ever dealt with 🤬
