What a total shambles this company is. How can you have a customer service that has over 50 customers waiting in a queue to ask where their delivery is. If you can’t deliver in 2-3 days then just be honest and tell your customers that. To offer a service that you cannot upheld then you should hang your heads in shame. Even your stores are not answering calls from customers who are trying to find out if the goods they want are in the store. Certainly this customer will not be ordering from this company again. Now trying to get my money back for non delivery of goods as promised.

placed online order-told at purchase it would be delivered on a tuesday, then an email it would be delivered on the friday-took time off and another email on the friday saying it would be delivered at some unspecified time in the future?????????????what is this?? you cant take peoples money and then not deliver the goods, because then I'm just providing you with a loan!!! an interest free loan- unprofessional doesnt begin to describe this business-so I am in limbo- no goods, no right to cancel, no refund, nothing until they're ready-you have been warned people

Placed a little order for Xmas. Mostly decorations for the Xmas tree. Never arrived. Contacted customer services. Told the parcel was delivered. So I emailed again. Said the parcel had not arrived. After several days. Received another e mail with a j peg attached. The photo was of someone receiving the parcel. Not my door step & ive no idea who the legs in the photo belong to . Another e mail . The response was rude & quite offensive to be perfectly honest. They demanded a photo of my door. So I did go outside & take a photo. The houses in the street all have similar door s. So another e mail. With the photo attached. About a week later another rude response. According to them it was my doorstep & that was the end of that. I’m down £40. & nothing to show for it. Avoid Avoid at all costs. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. & going to the range. Staff are rude. & throw items threw the Till so fast. That when I got home. Items were charged for twice. Just unbelievable.

Terrible customer service, he hardly understood what I was saying, very rude and was no help ! I tried the email service and no avail. I won't be buying anything more from there. 2x missing items and I have had enough. £152 down and no refund in sight ! Stay away ! And long waits to be answered - I was waiting to speak to someone for nearly 1 hour and 35 mins!

Placed an order on the 22nd Nov not received called twice on both occasions i have waited just under 2 hours to speak to someone to be told dont know where your order is wont refund it for me just been told to wait till someone gets in touch still waiting and the ludicrous company have just messaged me to rate their customer service AVOID

Placed an order on line on the 20/11/22 but no order arrived, tried to ring the costumer service line (premium rates) and sat for 15 mins then the bot told me I was 47th in the line !, sent emails and received the same response of " your order is delayed by 24/48 hours its been 14 days now and still no order and can not get anyone to phone me or its a 3 hour wait on the so called premium phone line they use , This is the first and last time we will use the Range on line shopping service, will have to put in a claim to the bank as no goods= poor service or worse.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Shane the area manager for the Doncaster branch who went above and beyond to help me when I encountered a problem. He was helpful friendly and enthusiastic and is a credit to the range. I am still reeling at how nothing was too much trouble and the team moral was amazing. Every staff member I spoke to was not surprised how massively helpful he was saying ‘that’s Shane he is just so nice and kind’ THANK YOU SO MUCH SHANE YOU WERE AMAZING 😄

Doesn’t even deserve one star Poor quailty sofa, measurements and description wrong on website Poor customer service 9 weeks later I still have an unwanted partial delivered sofa in my room that I can’t sit on and the range are doing nothing even though they promised a refund !!! There blaming there partners for non collection but doing nothing about it !!! I order with the range I expect them to sort this out Now no sofa for Christmas Single mum with 3 kids at my wits end 😢😢😢

Every time I go in The Range, (Croydon) the staff are either miserable or damn right rude. I’ve just been to the til, got ignored when I said hello in normal friendly voice. Got ignored other than to be told the cost of my purchase. Nothing else got said. Whereas your rival store B&M nearly all of their staff are friendly, chatty and helpful. Not all customers are demanding or horrible so there is not justification for the bulk of your staff to be unfriendly. The Range employee friendly staff!!!

I paid for next day delivery and I have asked where my item is and I want re embersing for the extra I paid to have this item delivered the next day. It has not arrived and I have contacted you about this and no communication from you. I think you are an appalling company as you are taking money for a service you do not provide. I have asked you when this item will be coming so I can arrange again to be in. Yet again no communication from you. Your customer service is disgusting and misleading. I expect you to rectify this as you have taken money for a service you haven’t supplied Brenda Johns

My item arrived broken. It stated on order to contact customer services to organise a return. I contacted them 5 days ago and no response yet. It states on website you will get a response within 4 days. I tried phoning but after 40 mins and going from 57 in queue to 39 I gave up! You’ve taken my money and I’ve received damaged and broken goods. Very poor customer service!!

Do not order from the Range online…ordered a side lift bed for my daughter..it came with no instructions I had to ask friend to build it but he couldn’t with out the instructions..I would give it ago myself but I’ve recently broke my wrist…finally got through to the Range on the phone to be told the instructions will be emailed to me..still no email!! My daughters been sleeping on the sofa for nearly a week…absolute disgrace of a company

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THE RANGE. I have had good experiences when shopping in-store, but not on-line. I have ordered an item and got an acknowledgement from the courier and The Range within one day. I had a 'dispatched' email from The Range the following day and the courier's tracking web page showed the item had been collected - for delivery the next day. The next day I got a 'delayed' status - and this is where it has remained for over 4 days. I contacted the courier, who say the item had not been delivered to them (in spite of their tracking suggesting otherwise). I contacted The Range via the website and surprisingly got a reply later that day. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Since then I have heard nothing even after chasing three times. The phone line always seems to have a long queue. If nothing happens within one day, I'll get PayPal to start a dispute process and recover my money that way.

Waited 10 days for my delivery which I paid next day for when it arrived items were missing, I had to call 3 days in a row to get through to someone and each time I was on hold for over two hours. Do not order from here absolute disgrace of a company

Terrible service. I went to the Romford branch today and been treated like I was stole something. I was took aside by 4 workers specially a worker with no teeth on the front side of her mouth. I was told I why I'm I walking around the store too much then started to shout at me saying "" don't come back to this store" I was shocked for bloody walking around for too long.. Never again will I go back in there.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a wardrobe back in September which came with scratches down one side and a faulty right hand door. I immediately reported the issue with customer service and was told they would send me a replacement but that would mean taking down the wardrobe, packing it back up in the boxes, and them reassembling a new wardrobe. I don't think this was a viable option as putting up the first wardrobe took me 4 hours, therefore taking it down and putting up a new one up would be an estimated 5/6 hours. I explained this to customer service and asked if they could send someone to dissemble and reassemble as they provided a faulty product, they said no due to COVID. We went round in circles and in the end it was agreed that they would send me a new door (to replace the faulty one) and then £9.95 refund for the scratches. I wasn't happy but by this point I felt like giving up and just wanted a working wardrobe that I had spent a lot of money on. The solution was agreed in September, it is now nearly December and we still don't have the door, even though I chase customer service on email every 2 weeks. I called them today and they've finally given me a delivery slot for the new door but with no explanation of why it has taken so long (nearly 3 months) and I've been told they cannot offer compensation on the delay/bad customer service. I honestly thought this brand would be okay to order large furniture from but I would avoid at all costs due to the quality of their customer service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and a disgraceful company to buy from. My order was not delivered even when I paid for next day delivery. Still waiting 8 days later. They have my £80 and I have no goods. Cannot get in touch because of the (deliberately ?) long wait time on phone,got to the front of the queue after 40 mins and got cut off after being put on hold, so cannot even try to find out where my items are. Sent two email requests,both ignored. They have basically stolen £80 from me. The Range needs looking into because if you read the comments on here it's obviously scamming it's online customers.

I am in the middle of a Range, nervous breakdown. My wife brought an item online which, when it turned up was nothing like the picture advertised. Took it back to the store in Plymouth to get a refund. And they basically said computer says no. If you buy online to send it back, you have to first contact there So called. Customer care department. Tried that twice first time there were 27 people in the queue and the second time 33 people in the queue waiting for range to answer. It sounds as if most of the stuff people buy from range get sent back

Went to the range , in Norwich, was going to spend fair amount of money on Xmas decorations, asked member of staff who was sitting on floor casually putting some Dec's on hooks on shelf if there was anymore of the light up fairground moving ornaments, and reply I got was " don't know ,still more stuff to put out " couldn't be bothered to go look and she was even still sitting on floor !!! Couldn't even be bothered to get up and be professional, the range used to be a good store to shop but standards are very poor especially when it comes to staff !! They should have training on how to help .
