“I expected that the price you showed in your former brochure 15 days ago, was going to be the same for the same Tour, the Classic Italy for the same date. Now, you are not including some dinners as well as the Insurance, which disappoints me. I have chosen you because of our past experience in 1912 with EUROPAMUNDO Berlin/Viena 8 days Tour, which was really good.”

To clarify, each tour operator directly sets the pricing you see on our website. Pricing is subject to change depending on availability, departure dates, season and sale periods, and will explain the change in price over a 15 day period. Please also be advised that the tours we sell will not include International Airfare, Insurance or Visas. “Isaac the leader for the SE Asia tour was simply exceptional. Keep this man on your payroll! He consistently went far beyond his job description going to extraordinary levels to assist and please. You'll see some great places and eat great food. There will be some longish travel days and accommodations will be 2/2+ star by Western standards. This is a trip for travellers not tourists. Also the costs in the countries are insanely inexpensive. Enjoy.”

“I found it easy to call and talk to the tourrader sales consultant about the trip I was interested in. I had a question for the tour operator and it got answered in a very reasonable amount of time. As a result I have booked our tour.”

Our Customer Service team are automatically alerted when a customer is having payment issues and will reach out with advice via our online chat function. Firstly we advise using a form of payment we accept, which is Mastercard, Visa Credit, PayPal or American Express. Sometimes it may be a block from your payment provider causing the issue. In that case, we advise customers to contact their bank and ask them to whitelist payments to TourRadar GmbH in Vienna, Austria. This is fairly normal and is just your bank’s way of protecting you. Should a payment continue to be unsuccessful we advise using another payment method to see if this helps. We are therefore very happy to see that by using PayPal, you were able to successfully submit your payment and booking request!
