“Found the tour on your webpage, but when I needed to find it again a few weeks later it was difficult to find it again. Your seachmachine is not specific enough. You get many possibilities and can't select on the few you want. But I found it at last.”

“Pros: Easy to navigate, best price selections, ability to download and upload documents, questions tour operator directly. Cons: Unable to see my itinerary by login to tour radar website directly. I can only see my itinerary by clicking link in my email.”

“As a river cruise for two is almost as expensive as buying a car, one must be careful and understand what is on offer. I emailed with one of the people answering customer questions, he was extremely helpful and gave me some hint about what to look out for (indirectly). This helped us to make our decision of the cruise we picked. It is probably going to be very different from what we expect at the moment, but I am pretty sure we are going to enjoy it. The easy-to-navigate site, the information and the price saving are all because of the people at TourRadar. Thank you.”

“I found a TourRadar website that advertised my chosen tour for a set price, no “from” or date restrictions. When I copied and forwarded to the TourRadar employee I was chatting with, she finally believed me. I thought this was false advertising as the price was quite a bit less than she quoted. In the end she provided me with a discount code (time sensitive) and I booked our tour. However, again the touris advertised ‘from Spain ‘ but it actually begins in Tangier. Need to clean up this as it is definitely misleading!”

Hello Madeline, Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into the point you've raised and you're correct, the ad you saw online did state the lowest tour departure price for the tour you booked. When you click through to the tour page, there is a departure bookable at that price. Similar to flight prices, tour prices fluctuate depending on the date you want to travel. These prices are clearly displayed in the availability section of every tour page on TourRadar.com. The title of the tour you have booked indeed mentions "from Spain". This is the tour operator's name for the tour, which begins at the ferry port in Tangier, where ferries from Spain arrive. All of the tour details on TourRadar, and also the itinerary, explain the tour begins in Tangier, but based on your feedback, we'll be happy to discuss how the tour is named, with the operator of the tour.
