“Easy to view tours, great selection, slightly cheaper than booking direct with operator anyway and very good communication from TourRadar after booking. An easy process followed by a quick response from the tour operator.”

“I was very impressed with TourRadar facilitating near constant communication with the tour operator throughout the booking process, keeping me informed with emails, and with the level of specificity in the description of each tour, as well as access to reviews. My only note to improvement is to suggest a functionality similar to Best Buy, where a user can pick three to give products to compare and get a breakdown of similarities and differences. Ultimately, I did that on paper to compare several tours, but it would be great if the site offered that option. Additionally, I might recommend that when choosing a tour, age options be structured in a slightly different way. Right now, I can exclude other tourists 18 - 29 by picking the 30 and up option, but perhaps a traveler wants to exclude an age range, such as 55 and up. I am a youthful 44, so I did not want to eliminate younger travelers in my search. Just a suggestion. Overall, I am so excited to be taking this trip and so happy that Tour Radar made it as easy as it did. In fact, your options beat out my travel agent's search (shhhh!)”

“It is a very good service to give you an idea of the available tours and it is very easy to book and communicate. i asked a few questions and I received a response promplty both via emails and via chat. The selection of tour operators is relatively limited but I haven't found many more otherwise at least for the destination I was looking for. I'd like to see more tours for "over 38" as this is quite limiting. i am 45 and I still want to travel, adventures, and all other things including partying sometimes... and at good prices and not needing luxurious hotels or extreme comfort - it is not tourradar's fault but maybe more tour operators are available out there.”
