“This is my second TourRadar bus tour and the staff were quite helpful with the planning of these bus tours. They went out of their way to help me with my concerns and questions. Recommend them absolutely. I've been quite happy with their service.”

“Excellent search criteria results to match desired tours. Prompt and professional responses to email and phone queries. Very competitive discounts. Was very impressed that Tourradar added a further discount to a tour to match a previous brochure discounted price.”

“Don't believe in price adjustments, in which prices vary sporadically. Implement price adjustments. Best Match price is a joke!”

Hi there, Thanks for your review. At TourRadar we do offer the best price guarantee. We add on TourRadar members savings to every booking and if you find the same tour on another site for a cheaper price we will match this! However, Once you have a booking, your price is locked in and we cannot retroactively apply a sale deal to a tour that has already been booked and confirmed. It's not dissimilar to the airline industry, where it is also not uncommon to see a price change after you booked your flight.
