I booked the tour but it says that the price you see is what you pay and it stated the price in AUD. My bank then charged an International fee, which is expensive. It would have been cheaper for me to pay in EUR or INR and the exchange rate would have been more favourable than the Intl fee. This option should be available when paying. I always use the local currency when overseas and it has always been cheaper than Intl fee.

Excellent website showing so many possible tours. I accidentally booked the same trip twice and was helped to change the booking. I am still waiting to hear from one of the tour groups about wheter the tour will go--makes it hard to book flights without a confirmation.

The selection of trips and explanation of each trip was great, almost too many choices but allowing me to pick exactly what I wanted. The prices were great!! I chatted with online several times as I was figuring out which trip I wanted to take. The option to book travel insurance on same site was also a plus. I received responses quickly and accurately from the tour radar staff and the tour groups especially Egypt Tours Club - which I booked. This is the first time I have used this site but love the access to the TourRadar (feel like they have my back) and the tour group on the ground. Great service.

I'll start with the negatives- 1. It was only after I had made the booking that I was advised not to book flights until after confirmation, If it was in any prior communication I did not see it. 2. It took 4 business days to receive confirmation. When a tour is being advertised for a certain date and all seats are still available then it is a little hard to understand why confirmation takes so long. I actually had booked the flights on the same day as the booking as the prices were rising at a rapid rate. The positives - 1. Communication was easy. 2. I like the flexible payment plan offered after paying the deposit.

Tourradar was very attentive to and rapidly answered my enquiries. Since this is our first river cruise, we would like it to be awesome and Tourradar has given us the feeling that it will.

I do not like being harassed on line with so many 'pitch' emails .. I would appreciate just receiving the ones relative to THE ICELAND TOUR are enough Thankyou ... Too much from TOURRADAR is very annoying .. and gets the important emails deleted by mistake ..

I had no difficulty navigating the website. I did ask a question about transportation from Amman to Cairo. I was told I would get a response in four hours. I never did. I need to make airline reservations from my city to Amman and from Cairo back. I need to know if I also need to make reservation by air from Amman to Cairo. Last year I was on a tour with another company the CEO bought all the airline tickets and overnight train tickets for the group. It's been over 18 hours since I asked my question. Still waiting for an answer.

Everyone was very friendly, and the prices are great, but the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing at Tour Radar. We placed our deposit down on our trip and then were notified that our trip was sold out and could not be confirmed . We decided to book another trip with the same company but directly with Trafalgar instead of through Tour Radar. Trafalgar verified that our deposit was there...we were confirmed for the trip....Tour Radar had just not entered it correctly. It took over 5 hours and multiple phone calls to straighten this out. Very frustrating! But, we are thrilled with the price we got on our trip and happy that we are confirmed for our trip.

I found your website easy to search through and found it easy to see what was being offered. I was excited to find your Cycle Madagascar - Exodus trip. It promises to be a wonderful adventure. Two years ago, I did a Cycle Sri Lanka trip with Intrepid and it was excellent. Cycle Madagascar promises to be the same. I had hoped to see the baobab forests while in Madagascar as this is something possible in a few places in the world. The oldest (in Senegal) is carbon dated back 6,000 years. Maybe something to consider in future Cycle Madagascar - Exodus itineraries. Questions sent to Exodus were answered promptly and the service has been great. I booked just yesterday and just got and email saying that there is a further discount of $250 for my trip dates. How good is that!
