I was impressed at how easy the website is to find the perfect tour. There are a lot of tours to choose from and I found the perfect tour - just what I wanted to visit. Customer support was very professional when I called for questions. I will definitely look here first before I book my next tour.

I booked and was confirmed for a bike trip (Dalmatian Coast May 11) only to be notified later in the day that the trip was overbooked even though your website stated there were 8 spots left. I am in limbo and not pleased about the situation. Ofer was your advisor who informed me of this. Too early to give you your rating.

Whenever a booking is submitted on TourRadar, the space needs to be confirmed by the tour operator. We regret the confusion with your booking and the confirmation message you received incorrectly. We are working with our team to look into this further to ensure better clarity for our travellers. We can see that right after your initial booking, our support team reached out to advise the tour was not confirmed but the spaces were 'On Request' and not able to be confirmed right away. This means that although there are still some available places left in the tour group, the tour operator will need 2-3 business days in order to confirm that all of the components of the tour package can be confirmed for you. We are pleased to see that our team has been in contact with you to go over the operator's request process and have already submitted your booking request with the operator. This is my first trip using a tour company and I must say that the professionalism and customer service provided was exemplary. Too many individuals to name, but the whole team deserves hearty congratulations (and a raise, please!). Very pleased with the pricing, hotels and itinerary.

the were two things in particular - one was the pricing and the other was the ease of interaction with staf. The prices quoted were competitive and it seemed that the staff work well to get the best deal. Not only that they responded promptly and politely to phone calls and on line chat.

It was a bit confusing to ask questions and have them sometimes answered by Tourradar and other times by the tour operator. At one point, I was ready to book online and the discount wasn't applied and it required a roommate name when the tour operator was assigning the roommates. Made for a lot of back and forth.

Recommended by a friend who I am travelling with. Seems o so far but a few initial issues. Tried to book same tour but names a bit confusing as numerous to same places. Should be numbered for ease. We looked at same one in the end but had different discounts and I paid more even though only a bit. Customer service would not refund me the difference even though the same price came up as my friend after confirmed booking and advised them about it on the same day. Hope more accommodating if any issues arise on the trip in January

We can understand this is disappointing but assure you you still got the best deal available at the time you booked as your friend's promotion had expired by the time you booked your ticket some hours later.
