“I have travelled a lot over the last ten years and joined several organized tours. This is the absolute best, easiest and most efficient service I have ever come across. “My calls were returned,constant contact while I was deciding weather to book my tour,unfortunately the tour cost me $1000 more than the original quote apparently because quad accomodation was booked out ,though an email was sent no one rang me to explain the price increase however the price was competitive so continued with the booking.”

“I booked a trip and was awaiting confirmation from the U.S. tour company. I then got an email saying 'rejected'! When I phoned Tour Radar they were very quick in finding out what the problem was (a weird error which said I hadn't paid the single supplement, which I had). They spoke with the U.S. tour company as soon as their offices opened and were able to swiftly correct the problem so that I could get onto the tour, which was almost full. Excellent customer service.”
