“My three-star rating is because I was very happy that we were able to book the tour we did. However it cost us $700 plus to book this tour over what we initially discussed. Initially we went to tour a radar’s website and were told that there were no spaces available for this date. Interestingly enough when we paid $700 more we were able to book the tour.”

“The process was easy but I wish there was more specific information about the trips. I plan to come in a day early. I would like to make additional hotel reservations to cover that time. The staff answers questions but not always the specific question being asked.”

“I was pleased with the web site and the ease of booking a tour. However at this time I am still waiting for confirmation of the tour booking. Hoping they follow thru with the promises of only charging the deposit then the remainder of cost when due 30-60 days prior to tour.”

Hi there, Great News! Your booking was confirmed the same day you placed payment and as soon as your tour operator's office opened in Nepal. Your tour has been paid in full, as for this particular tour there is no deposit option. “While browsing the tour packages of europe, Tour radar came to my notice.As october is more suitable at Egypt compared to Europe , I decided to book egypt package .Had I booked it few weeks before, I could have availed great early bird offer.Initially problem faced during booking about selection of accommodation .Somehow it was resolved with the help of Tour Radar people who guided thru chatting and telephonic conversation as well.The response from Timeless Tour is not very prompt.However booking experience was good.”

“Tourist Israel is a scam; we relied upon TourRadar to provide a screening of reputable travel companies on our journey to Israel and Jordan and in this process TourRadar completely is off the mark. It's recommendation to utilize Tour Israel is useless. That company is never on time, misses pick up and drop off times, eliminates established site visitation and most importantly did not pay our hotels for our rooms, even though we prepaid everything in January, 2018. I cannot stress enough to boycott Tour Israel as in option for the Middle East. "Caveat Emptor"”

Hello Philip, Thank you for your review. You're going to love your time in France! The operator you have chosen is one of the few operators who does not offer an option for pre and/or post tour accommodation to be booked as an additional service. Not to worry though, you can book your accommodation direct with the tour hotel or at an alternative of your choice. Have a wonderful trip! The TourRadar Team

“I received my booking confirmation on 31 March. Since then I have emailed several times for addtional service, and I never get a reply. I guess this is the worse experience I encountered for travel for more than 20 years.”
